The simple postcard reminder in my door of their service was sufficient - coupled with Scott's enthusiasm and clear explanation of their services. When Tony, the tech, came to our home - his reiteration of the services to be provided was in line with Scott's info. HomeTeam Pest Defense was not in my face - not a high-pressure sale - but gave me the peace of mind I need.

No problem with pests using Home Team. Our tech. Zac, was not only friendly, but explained how we could help prevent pests in our home/ Zac gave us a ton of info on pest control.as I am sure other reps from the company would do.
