We used Hometown Heating and Air through our home warranty company. The AC failed on Sunday I contacted the home warranty company and Hometown immediately grabbed the bid. Hometown contacted me that same day and was able to set an appointment on Tuesday. The representative arrived timely on Tuesday, diagnosed the problem, and offered solutions. Instead of repairing the 20-year-old system we decided to replace the entire system. Hometown scheduled the work for the following day and by the end of Wednesday we had air conditioning again! This company is fantastic and knows their stuff.

Horrible installation through our home warranty. They initially failed the inspection, and after "passing" we've had nothing but issues with our overpriced unit.

The drip tray is too small, the float switch was faulty causing it to leak & flood our house, and now there's a coolant leak. All of this within 1 year - our 20 yr old unit never gave us this many issues.

Avoid this company.

So pleased with the service provided today at my home! The technician was so helpful as we were melting.he was quick to diagnosis the problem and was able to get us back up and running. Thank goodness for people like Red who can fix our most precious appliance in the summer!

We had Ismael out to repair out Air Conditioner today through are home warranty company. If I could give 10 stars I would after a week of no air he got us up and running and made it a point to explain everything in great detail. Excellent company very knowledgeable staff!

When our air conditioner stopped working entirely in July, we used Hometown Heating and Air through our house warranty. Because we had few options because our unit was 20 years old, we decided to totally replace the air handler and unit. Although we had to wait over the weekend for one piece to ship, they installed it the same day it arrived. They were prompt in showing up and giving us our alternatives. Pricing was really fair, especially considering the unit's guarantee.

Excellent on time service. Staff is super friendly and kept me informed on what was being done every step of the way. There were no surprises on the bill & that is superb! Very happy and will use again if needed. Also, will recommend to others in need of an HVAC company. It is hard to find honesty in todays world so this is a in the rough.

Amazing customer service and great experience will use again in the future and highly recommend.
