Room smelled of smoke, electric key not working, several doors are broken no sign to even inform you

Hotel is in need of updating. But the worst part is figuring out you are laying in an old urine stain and having to change hotels at 1 am because no more rooms were available. We were offered to change the sheets, but the stain had penetrated all the way to the mattress. The mattress itself was gross with multiple types of stains.

We had a large 2 bedroom suite. It was spacious and clean. Breakfast was great as the served eggs, meat, omelets, cereal, oatmeal, variety of juices and fruit

I have never stayed in a NASTIER motel in my life. I was placed in a room with large stains on the sheets and comforter. The kitchen sink and counter had never been wiped. The carpet was disgusting. I felt dirty just being there. I would have checked put but I had been on the road for 10 hours with 2 small children. They did give me another room after showing them the room. I am a Diamond member. I know clean when I see it
It was disgusting.

Rooms were nice and clean. So was the pool.

Close to a lot of stores and restaurants, but none within walking distance other than The Bounce House across the parking lot.

Location is great, However don’t plan on any servicing of your room. I’ve asked repeatedly to have my room cleaned. Their answer is I can give you towels and I’ll put you on the list. Not sure where the list goes but certainly not to the people cleaning. I even tried talking to the maids in the hallway still no cleaning. I won’t stay here again

It started with the websites saying there is a free shuttle from the airport, but no information whatsoever on when or from where in the airport.

When we called them they said the shuttle is only from 4pm? We had to wait a long time for that! Why is there NO information about this on the website?

I paid for the room with PayPal online beforehand. When we got to the hotel they told us we had to give them our credit card details, or we couldn’t stay and we wouldn’t get our money back.
We didn’t have a credit card available at the time. We struggled for an hour to find a solution, without much help.
I already paid for the room. Why the F do you need my credit card details?

The room said it has a TV, but the cable TV didn’t work and besides that it only had a dvd player. Who the hell uses a dvd player in 2023? We asked for an hdmi cable, but of course they didn’t have it.

The next day at 9: 30AM we wanted to have breakfast, but they then told us the breakfast was only from 6am to 9am. This was never informed to us?

We were allowed a complimentary “snack” but it was a choice of unhealthy garbage. Nothing for a breakfast.

The room was moderately large but the interior design was so ugly, completely outdated like it’s from the 80s.

Really disappointed with the service of this place. Puts the Hilton name to shame.

A week before we stayed at the Marriot Hotel nearby where NONE of this was an issue and they were really helpful. As a tourist I suggest going there over this hotel.

I've stayed in a lot of Homewood Suites and this experience was well below expectations for the brand. We paid with points. When we checked in via the app we were told a room had been selected for us (room 415) as there were no alternatives. I find this suspicious in retrospect as the hotel was mostly empty. If I was a betting man I'd say the hotel owners set aside specific subpar rooms for points redemption as a way of discouraging non-revenue stays.

When we arrived the room wasn't clean. There was hair in the bathroom and a bottle of conditioner left on the table in the living room. The air conditioning was very loud and the vents clearly hadn't been cleaned in many months. Rust had been allowed to accumulate around the hand bar in the shower to the point where brown water ran down the tile when it got wet. Lastly, it was very clear that one of the rooms prior occupants had a pet staying with them. The smell was unmistakable.

Honestly the worst Homewood Suites experiences I've ever had. Had we not arrived at midnight after a full day at the parks I would have insisted on alternative accommodations. We were exhausted and didn't have it in us to move or complain. You couldn't pay me to return to this location.

Have noticed that some reviews stated there is a code for parking for the Dimond level. Went to front desk asked for it as I am a LIFETIME DIMOND MEMBER, was told there was not a code, yet when the QR code is scanned it asks for a code.

Put up in this hotel by an airline due to a late flight causing a missed my connection.

To start, the shuttle servicewas supposed to be available until midnight on August 11 according to the information the airline, called the hotel several times between 11: 15 and midnight and no one answered the phone for the shuttle service.  Called Hilton Corporate, and they also could not get ahold of the front desk. Finally, Lyft to get to the hotel.

I literally stayed in this hotel for less than three hours to get a quick nap and shower thanks to crappy shuttle service, and left just before 3: 00 a.m.  When repacking my suitcase to leave, I knocked a pair of sunglasses worth about $250.00 off the table in my room.  I realized I left these when I arrived at the airport, and called the front desk at 3: 25 a.m, about a half hour after I left. I was surprised when someone actually answered, and I explained what happened and where they could find the sunglasses.  They told me they would pass that on to housekeeping, and someone would contact me later in the day, which never happened. Called a day or two later, same thing, they'll pass on the information and someone would all back, didn't happen. Called a third time and was told to call the hotel in the morning.

In an effort to report this to Hilton's "Ethical Business Conduct" hotline, I also learned this is a franchise owned hotel, so apparently, there is no way to make a complaint against their "Ethical Business Conduct". Complaint would be I left personal property at the hotel, told them where to find it in the room I used, was told I'd get a call back, and no one ever bothered to follow up on that.

Don't forget anything when you leave this hotel. You'll get ZERO help if it turns up missing.

Great time here, the rooms were super spacious. Breakfast was available each morning along with the coffee. They had an issue with the key cards which required replacement a few times during our short stay but otherwise it was a nice hotel. I'd definitely stay here again!

Hotel shuttle stopped running at 12Noon & does not start again until 4pm. Had to pay for an Uber to the airport. Next time will stay at a hotel that provides free shuttle service between airport & hotel throughout the day.

It’s ok for the price and you can walk to ihop or Long horn. But if it’s rain and it rains a lot here they have no cover while your getting dropped off and the pool it’s literally in front of parking lot so anyone see you no privacy at all

Beware BED BUGS! My family and I of 4 adults and 3 children, and 1 infant decided to stay here Aug14.2023 - Aug 16,2023 and as we’re getting ready for bed our first night I notice a small mark on my baby’s belly then my 6 year old daughter screams because she sees a bug on the sofa pull out bed, when we went to go check we find ourselves with BEDBUGS. Immediately packed went to front desk, the receptionist was alone at 11pm no maintenance crew, no supervisor, no manager, just her. She did what she could we left to another hotel. Next morning when we went back to speak with a manager we showed him the video and he has the audacity to say that since we “believe” we saw a bed bug they need a specialist to inspect the room and if any are found we will discuss compensation. We do not “believe” we saw a bed bug we DID see bed bugs (see video) my kids were on that sofa bed including my infant!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! My room was 307 general manager Hussain very rude make us pay for a diferente hotel very disappointed this matter is very serious please stay away

Room clean. Parking was not reviewed at check in and I happened to see a sign in the parking lot when I went back out. The QR code on the sign and it’s taped to the front desk I found out later. QR code for parking is not in the room or on the hotel channel on the TV. I had to get dressed and go back downstairs to get my tag number and the QR code. It should be in the rooms. I tried to set up wake up call two nights and no one would answer the phone two nights. Left trash outside the door and it was still there over 24 hours later.
