The most horribleke experience i every had buying a car from the moment i walked in the door. Couldn't find the keys to the vechile. High pressured to by the salesman. Wasn'tt shown anything that i signed. The finance manager was ruded and waited over 5 hours to get the vechile. Felt like i wss completely scammed

My 2018 Honda Civic, was due for service.
I called at around 1: 20 PM for an appointment. Thinking I would be told that it could be brought in the next day. Or the day after.
I was told that there was an opening at 2: 20 PM or after 3: 00 PM, today.
I chose the 2: 30 PM and arrived for the appointment at a little after 2: 10 PM
I received my car back at 2: 50 PM. The work was completed fast and it was done with quality products.

I had a 10: 20 oil change appointment. They pulled onto the bay at 11: 10. This is not the first time my wife or I had an appointment that they could not service our vehicles, till an hour or more after our appointment.

I would highly recommend working with Leo when you’re looking for a car. He made my experience very pleasant. He will work hard for you and he will make sure you will get the best deal.

Went in to take a look at the Type R they had,
No one offered to show me the vehicle or answer my questions. Felt like they didn’t take me seriously just because I was young, since when does age determine how much money one has for a car like this? Felt profiled from the moment I walked in. I asked for a test drive and they said only if I make a deal first. I do not recommend this dealer at all, made me feel very uncomfortable.

This was my first time ever buying a car. I ABSOLUTELY chose the RIGHT dealership! From start to finish I was completely satisfied with the process. Every step, starting with internet then sales then management and even finance treated me as if it was their car buying experience! Therefore if you want a dealer who absolutely has your back and does care then Honda of Fort Myers is the place to go!
