The reviews claiming this is the best in West Pines fail to mention it is the only Chinese takeout in West Pines. They USE PORK BASE FOR THEIR SAUCES! The only vegan option according to them was the spring rolls, and they weren't that great. Customer service was good. The guy at the front was honest and I appreciated that. The prices are okay and It was decent for the other people who aren't vegans, vegetarians and not kosher. The rest won't come back.

This is the best Chinese food in west Pines.usually ready within 20 minutes and never disappoints. I saw a review where the person was complaining about the "customer service". It's a take out place. They take your order, give you your food and move on to the next person. I could care less if they said "Enjoy your food fatboy, see you soon" because if you live in West Pines, you know that it's hard to get good take out food anywhere and especially good Chinese take out. Personally, the service is always great with me so I love the place.

Food is okay. But the service is disgusting. The people that work there are extremely rude to the point where a woman behind the register, snatched the money out of my hands when I was paying. They are lucky my daughter loves their fried rice. I returned and the front girl, taking the order was very rude, lake of manners. It seems like the people there do not care how their customers are treated. Also, I was told there are live roaches in that restaurant. I will never go there again. I may call the health department.

You'd think I'd learn my lesson. Lol I moved out of the area for a few years. I recently returned and bought fried rice here. I anticipated the lady (owner?) behind the counter to have a better attitude. Some things never change. Her attitude was the worst. I paid almost $30 for my food and she expected a tip. It was obvious she wasn't happy that I didn't leave a tip, she was talking to a gentlemen and blatantly looking at me and pointing at me. I also noticed the plaza had been painted. I assumed the restaurant was remodeled. Absolutely not. The restaurant is filthy. I will not go back. I mean that this time. That place should be shutdown.

The best Chinese food in the Pembroke Pines area. Service is what you typically expect from a Chinese takeout. They are working cooking prepping and packing and on top of that picking up the phones and taking orders. If you’ve ever worked at a restaurant than you know the hustle and bustle. The food is great the portions are great and the price is very reasonable. If your looking for great customer service making take out is not the place for you but if you’re looking for great Chinese food this is the place to go.

Good food, slow service. I guess you're supposed to call ahead. I just walked in and ordered. The waiting area was very uncomfortable and a bell constantly sounded whenever I moved around. The place consists of a bench to sit on and a table to exchange money. There were a few nice decorations, so 2 stars for that.

What's really important not only having great Chinese food but having great customer service experience as well. You won't find any quality interaction which I believe is with the owner. When entering there is no hello or smile or any type of eye to eye contact with her. She won't even look at you and too busy with other things on her mind. The feeling you will get: place the order, give me your money, and get the hell out of my store NEXT. I don't care how good the food is it will make you not want to come back and order again. You can place a larger order and have to beg for mustand, duck sauce, and soy sauce. This woman is just plan miserable, rude, unfriendly and cold. You might think this is how Chinese people act. Not true I have few Chinese friends born in China and Hong Kong and they have a beautiful personality warm and are nice to be around. Dealing with the public and having a store with providing great customer service is very important. You will not want to come back here and find another place. If I could have given 0 Stars I would.

Welp it’s true. They are extremely rude to the point their son, who looks to be about 10 years old is rude and thinks it’s okay to mumble beneath his breath as he throws the pen and receipt to sign at you. Then when you say thank you he almost looks like he rolls his eyes at you and says nothing at all. I live in the neighborhood and have given this place about a good 6 chances. I won’t tolerate it anymore. The food is not even all that and a bag of chips as my grandmother would say, and she’d also say. “You’re never too important to be kind to people” id much rather eat Panda Express fried rice than to be treated like I am bothering someone when I come to purchase food for my large family. It’s called good business and integrity in America.

EDIT: they’ve come along way. Have totally straightened up their act. A lot more pleasant when we call in. I said I’d never eat there again but they’re 5 mins away and I’m lazy sometimes. Still think their food is aight.

Very sad but the customer service is extremely bad. We have been coming to this place when there were previous owners for over 13 years and the lady behind the counter and even the young boy have a really bad attitude. They act as if you are bothering them for ordering and spending your hard earn money on this establishment. It is very sad but their horrible attitude will eventually turn off the customers because no one likes to be mistreated when you are spending your money for food.

This place is tucked away. The food is always hot, tasty and sinful. Combination fried rice, & shrimp with chinese vegetables. The wonton soup exceptional. A must try.
