This location was no busy, I was waited on for my drink order at first, then told that another waitress would be helping me out. It must have been during a shift change because it took 25 minutes for original waitress to come back and then take my order. Once I had a new waitress, she only came by my table once. I decided I was done and headed out. Very slow paced environment.

Good finger food. Lively atmosphere. Great service. If you like watching the sports games on television it's a good place to go.

Know your location people, very ghetto. Food was good but good luck on service. And for a company that charges for Xtra sauce this is how they come. Shady way to bump your numbers. Wont be back.

Wings are delicious and staff are friendly at this location, but the cleanliness is sometimes questionable. Was seated at a table that had a chair with some sauce on the seat. The backrest and the armrests. Asked staff to clean it and all they cleaned was the seat portion and left the rest dirty. Had to ask to move seats.

Great experience. Server was great and attentive. Everything came out in a timely manner. Food was great

The wings are usually good, but thier service is horrible.

I came to this particular hooters on a Tuesday afternoon and I was not greeted for five minutes.

I had to find someone and ask for service.

I gave 3 Stars due to feeling bad for this once dialed in chain. Hooters 'talent' level has dropped exponentially. The Wings? I'd relish having properly cooked wings that haven't been under a heat lamp since last week. The French Fries are now placed in a 'cutesy' cup; a marketing failure. Hooters could be greT if they ever decide to execute like they did in 1996

Mananger Bob, really drop the ball on handling gift cards and then costumer service, NEVER GIVE A HOOTER GIFT CARD TO A FRIEND, they don’t know how deal with their own products, not one time but two, and a night out to have some wings with my wife ends up being aggravating because of the handling of the issue and behavior of the mananger of this store. Not professional at all, not a good experience at all In this particular store.

Sst outside at patio bar. Jessica was our bartender.she was great. I had the mahi tacos and they were awesome. BIG. I could only eat 2.

The more I visit, the more overrated I think this place is. The wings are below average or average at best. There are hand full of other places who serve better wings. And all Wings are well over priced nowadays. The servers are always nice to look at but that cannot be a good enough reason to come here to eat. 20 wings with celery and ranch and 2 cokes, $36 after tip. Not worth it!

Food was fresh (our order was made correctly), drinks were good and service was great. This is a good location

This is not my first time at this Hooters location. Hooters is known for their cute wait staff, wings and sports viewing. I felt the need to review my lunch experience today at this location (Andrews Ave). We arrived and waited at the entrance to be seated (12: 30pm) as the sign said. The waitress was behind the bar with her head down possibly on her phone. Hubs decided since she wasn't going to acknowledge us, he would ask her where would we sit. There were 3 guys at the bar and two others in the outside seating area. She promptly came over and took our drink order. We quickly got our drinks and we placed our order: buffalo shrimp, wings, fries. The Shrimp came out quick and they were delicious. (The last time I had Hooters food had to be over 6 yrs ago). The wings and fries came out kinda later than you would expect, but were also very good. After the food came, the waitress didn't come to refill hubs diet coke even when he put it at the end of the table for her to see. She only came to basically plop the bill on the table. Honestly, the service is what gave the rating a 3. The food is a 5. I have been to other locations and don't remember any service issues.

Our server was great and nice. She gave us recommendations on which drinks to get and we got the long Island drink it was amazing! Great place! Good food.

Placed ToGo order at 7: 55 pm today and I was told about 15 minutes. I got to the ToGo counter at 8: 22pm and paid for my order to speed things up since I was in a rush. I also added an extra barbeque sauce at time of paying. I waited until 8: 50 pm to ask again for my food and it was ready. After checking my order I realized my extra sauce was not there. So I decided to check the time stamps and noticed I placed orded at 7: 55 pm my food was ready at 8: 20 pm and paid at 8: 22 pm got my food at 8: 50pm. This means. My food was ready when I paid and I waited around for 30 minutes because no-one had the common sense to check if my food was ready or the courtesy to call me or text to tell me my food was ready. This even after I told tje cashier I wanted to speed up the process so I paid early. Totally unacceptable service here.

Ask for 10 pieces of wings and she brought just drums, asked why and she said that they just run out wings!
