Hooters, Panama City Beach FL

I've never been to a Hooters restaurant so my party of 4 took me to this one in pcb. Our soft drinks didn't taste right (like the carbonation or syrup wasn't mixing right) we ordered our food I'm expecting to have my mind blown by their wings as my party said they would. I thought they were OK but absolutely not a "mind blowing" experience. I would give them another try sometime down the road but I don't feel the need to go back for their food.
So for what it's worth I feel the food isn't any better than most bar foods, the atmosphere was ok and it took forever to get our food and refills on our drinks which they couldn't fix the soda so I ended up drinking a beer and a water.
I feel like it was overrated and expensive for what I ordered.

Food is always good and the atmosphere is great. Only problem is the prices. Other than that an all around great experience.

Trinity was cool but three times they overcooked the burger.
Restaurant was dirty too.
Manager never came to apologize.

The lady manager was rude and we also heard her curse several times while we was eating our meal

Waited over an hour for takeout that was quoted at 15-20 minutes. Didn't check the bag before driving home (I knew better) and of course the food wasn't right. Had to drive another 40 minutes roundtrip to get the food that we were missing with not so much as an apology. Disappointed.

We were seated at 12: 45 p.m. Waited until 1: 05 and left. Nobody came to take our order or even ask if we had been helped. Both tables on each side of us were waited on and they arrived after us. Will not return.

Wings were nothing like any other Hooters. Drenched in sauce and cold. Ordered 20 wings they bring 13. Waitress was great but the cooks did not take pride in their craft. Was extremely disappointed with this Hooters. Will never come back to this location.

The wings are tiny and overpriced. Location is super cool right on the beach and server was good

We ordered buffalo shrimp with mild buffalo sauce they came with nothing on them. The blue cheese dipping sauce all three times was wrong it was Ranch. The boneless wings were horrible I would never eat them again the only reason I ate them is we were starving to death when we showed up. The patio is very dirty drinks and food on the railings and the support post are disgusting holding up the roof. Would not recommend going there for anybody that is a clean freak.

20 min wait to get in was fine. The 30 minute wait to get drink order was not. Then waited an hour for cold food everyone's food was cold to the touch. We left didn't eat or pay for anything but drinks although I did leave the server a tip wasn't her fault under staffed and host was continually sitting more and more people to were our server was overwhelmed as was all the other servers. Poor management and should be ashamed of him self.

Vanessa is the Best! She works 12-8. She made our experience amazing along with the beautiful view.

Hostess that sat us at table was rude.waited 5 minutes for waitress.no show. Went inside and asked for manager.the person that sat us was the manager. HE doesn't care. Your only a tourist to him and his staff DO NOT Go There. Will contact corporate Monday.

Burgers were burned. Charged for items we didn’t order. Manager was rude. Will not go back

Took 30 min once seated to get a waitress, only got one then after going to find one. Waited 45 more minutes for food. Place wasn’t even busy!

Like most Hooters, the food is what you would expect. Not especially high quality but not terrible either. This one in particular has a nice deck that faces the ocean. During this visit, service was incredibly slow as I waited almost 15 minutes for the waitress to take my drink order. There are numerous casual restaurants in the immediate area, so unless there's a favorite dish from this chain, I recommend trying one of the local options.

Came here waited one hour for 6 wings and tacos. The server, was very good, I don't blame her. When we had to leave the food came out after we said we didn't want it. THE MANAGER who never came over, comped the meal and TOOK the food, terrible customer service and not worth the time. Sorry but that's not a comp. So will never be back to any hooters at this point.

Pizzeria across the street made great wings in minutes and had great customer service!

Horrible food. The wing were cold even after an hour of waiting just for the food. My kid’s chicken tenders were cold as well. Won’t be back!

I have been to Hooters all over the USA. Every time I come to the one in Panama City Beach the food is cold. The wings are pre cooked. This last trip on Friday, Sep 22,2023. The restaurant was extremely slow. I don’t understand why you can’t get fresh cooked food when there is no one in the restaurant. I sent the wings back and the cook threw the same wings back in the fryer and re-saved them. I love Hooters wings but I am about done with this location.

Busy Sunday with NFL football, but they're always busy on the weekend. Found a TV to watch some college vball, so that was nice.ordered the original hot wings, but received the naked wings with a different sauce (which I ate, didn't feel like waiting for the corrected order). Fries were hot on the top, but I feel like they just put some fresh ones on top of an older order. I still like Hooters, but.today wasn't a banner day.
