Terrible terrible terrible place to live. If you still move in after reading all these reviews, you deserve everything that you are going to experience. This apt should be empty by next year of this time. The living conditions are atrocious, maybe it’s the wrong race of people complaining, that’s why nothing is being done or no action has been taken. Thank God I moved out, they were on the news the other day because a child got killed by a gun. Plus there was a couple constantly fighting next to me, police had to be called multiple times. Stay away from this place.

Older property is infested with cockroaches. Garbage is frequently strewn around the walkways and parking lot. Elevator in my building was out of service on a monthly basis. Rental prices are very high. AC can’t keep the apartment cool on the 4th floor in the summertime, went a few weeks with 82 degree temperatures last summer. The walkways reek of pot. Maintenance and management are responsive, however they can’t change many of these problems. Overall, a dismal place to live for the last 18 months.

If you're thinking about renting in this location save yourself the time and the money the people in this location charge you security and but when you get charged in your bill you get charged for security. Which the security only shows up once a week cars and apartment get broken into consistently and then when you report it to the main office they automatically say it is your fault and it's not their problem the office staff inside the (Horizon North) location does nothing to support the (tenants) that live here majority are there just to collector check the worst customer service I've ever experienced (fpi management) does nothing to support anything about this I have called the main corporate office and email them and I have not received any kind of response to resolve issues but they are quick to brush everything off without a call back or via email (Horizon North and fpi management) has a huge history behind it I suggest you look into their background first before you decide to move into this location because they do not hesitate taking your money whatsoever. On top of that there is also vandalism in the property and the staff has done nothing to do anything about it. Safety and dislocation does not exist in this location Please be aware.

I love living here and I am very happy with the exceptional customer service that was provided by Santiago Cedano. He was very patient and was very professional through my moving process. I have been living here for a while and Service requests are done immediately which I love it. With that said I am very happy living here thanks to Santiago. Definitely will recommend living here

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I moved in here last year July and since then there’s been roaches in that apartment ever since. On top of that, the A/C has been leaking nonstop. I’ve called about this issue over 5 times and still nothing has been done to fix it and it’s messing up my rug in the living room and it spreads to my kitchen. Then they have the nerve to increase rent as if our living conditions are living up to those standards.

If I could rate this apartment complex 0 stars I would. Any positive review made is most definitely fake, as all my neighbors hate living here as much as I do. My car has been illegally towed twice, and the predatory towing is actually the least concerning thing about the property. Due to a plumbing problem caused by maintenance my entire living room and kitchen was flooded ankle deep ruining my couch and expensive rug. The apartment complex did NOTHING but set up air blowers which just made my apartment smell like dirt and mold. Speaking of, I have found black mold in my bathroom (which maintenance just wiped off) and there is probably mold growing in my walls from the flood. I am strongly considering getting mold inspectors here and getting an attorney involved. The roach problem is VERY real, as I find bugs every single day. There is trash everywhere and it is disgusting how poorly kept this property is. There are tons of apartment complexes nearby that are better kept. Unless you are on the verge of homelessness and this is all you can afford DO NOT MOVE HERE.

While they change my move in date less than 24 hours I was supposed to move in and I told Cecilia and the so called manager that I don’t want to move in anymore They kept my deposit money $ 358 and even tough I told them to give me the 100$. They kept it all. Horizons North apartments staff are not good people and the service is really null. I won’t recommend anyone to rent in this place. They need a big change over there.

I wish I could give this complexnegative stars. I filled out an application and it was approved. Then the man I was working with from the office disappeared for three weeks. Couldn’t get through via email phone nothing! Then finally talk to Alexis and she has no record of anything I submitted. Then she goes MIA as I’m trying to figure it all out, with a week left in my current apartment. Finally gave up and resigned with my current apartment. Oh and they stole my application fees. Crooked Evelin company. Stay far away.

Alr let’s cut the small talk. The apartment is disgusting. Full of roaches. A couple of months ago they turned off are lights and still to this day some of are lights still have not been turned on. And today I get home and my water is broken the water is yellow and the pressure is way to hard. The sink shakes when I turn it on. When I got the apartment they added a whole bunch of stuff to the papers. Moral of the story don’t get these apartments just don’t.

The staff used to be ok And somehow professional, 3 managements companies in less than 5 years over 6managers. Everything change When they start coming with new policies that were not part of the lease agreement in order to scam the residents. I used to make money with them by referring new residents, I stopped because people think that I’m part of the scam. I’m not even going to mention roach? And mold, forget about security because there’s no security. The only good thing about them, they pick up the phone when you call and they reply to your emails. They don’t care about residents

Do not and I repeat do not rent or attempt to rent from them. I was interested at first thinking "maybe past residents were upset and bad mouthing the property". I was completely wrong, I filled out the application, was told my information was passed to the property manager and heard nothing. I had to hunt him down and find out what's going on, he told me my application had been accepted everything was great he came up missing again. When he didn't have anymore lies to tell he finally said there were no apartments available. Mind you it was two available when I filled out the application. So I asked him "since you basically lied to me about the apartment shouldn't you refund my money? " He said yes of course and gave me this long winded apology, he took down my info and told me I should receive a check in the mail. The application came to a total of $284.95, the check they sent me $100.00 if you're not into being swindled by a apartment complex please look anywhere but here. Now I have to make a claim with my card company because those thieves think they can get away with it. Oh yeah they pay their residents for positive reviews ie: rent discounts, TVs, gift cards etc.

I am so disappointed at what I’ve seen at this apartment. Exposed rebar, screens tattered and torn, mold in the units, paint peeling and fading, cracked and chipped walkway ways, laundry amenities are not working, cracks around windows to certain units are improperly sealed, exit signs are out, doors to stairwells are inoperable, dumpsters overflowing. No worries though, 5 Code Enforcement Officers have come today and walked the entire property. Now watch someone from management reply to this review with their COPIED AND PASTED clean up response. “pLeAsE GIve Us a CaLL to SeE if WE caN cOMe to A RESoluTIon” why would anybody who leaves a negative comment here call or email you when giving incenitives isnt enough to cover our health and safety at this place. But you all just wait and keep checking your mail for that WARNING NOTICE OF VIOLATION to make its way to you. If you wont fix the issues, the county will make you, and they are ITCHING to place on a lien on this property, even through a pandemic. Lets see what changes come.

Worst apartment to be renting. Maintenance take forever to come. Office staff rude they don’t answer they phones. When moving they take forever take get your move out paperwork done. They charge you with all type of charges. Everything they charge you with is not listed on the leasing contract.they is crooked I will not dare refer anyone to them. Roach festivals in every apartment I even ask my neighbors if they have roaches and guess what every unit is a roach festival. Save your money don’t be so quick to move look around find somewhere else. Horizon north apartments quick to take ya money slow to respond to any of your needs. Find some affordable and clean for you and your kids to live at. That apartment have no security gate stay broken

Please don’t waist your time Applying these people are crooks they will take your money and not respond back until you decide to find another apartment and keep your funds! Long story short I paid the Application fee and holding fee. I called for a week straight (NO ANSWER) even went up there Monday at 5 and to my surprise they left Early for the day, even though it says they close at 6. On the 7th day I spoke with Chris who seems to be completely clueless to everything! I came up there and was told they couldn’t find my application! I’m calling corporate in the morning! Try MILA apartments around the corner! Much more professional and actually answer their phone.

I had a great time visiting this complex and viewing the property. The leasing consultant Chris took a very extensive amount of time with me to show me multiple units and help me narrow down to the best unit for me and my wish list in regards to what I want in a living space. He helped me weigh the pros and cons and that meant a lot to me. He was very respectful and friendly.

I will be moving back to Miami, I loved the apartment I was shown and started the whole application but the leasing office is horrible I’ve been calling and coming in person no response and the office is close every I have to move in 7 days I don’t know what to do.
