I have had a dedicated server with Hostdime since 2002, when it was Servercove. I've been a steady customer for the last 18 years because of their quality and service. Their tech support always replies quickly, with polite, friendly, expert help. I have had no real downtime in over a decade.

I've been using Hostdime since back when it was Hasweb (part of Hostdime). I've always had great service and zero issues with any needed support. The couple of times I required a little help, the support team was friendly, expeditious, and accurate. I can't recall having any major issues in the 20ish years they have hosted my domains. Unless something drastically changes (price hikes or something), I'll be with them until they close the doors or I move on to a more enlightened state, heh.
