My experience with the company was awful. It's like riding a roller coaster. I would avoid doing business with them on Airbnb and other platforms. You never know what you may get. I recently stayed on one of the properties they listed on Airbnb. The stay itself went fine. It was a family trip with young children to southern Florida. However, they filed a claim on smoke/marijuana damage to the house on Airbnb and requested a deep cleaning fee of $2500. We had never smoked in our life, and I had no idea about marijuana, even what it looked like. There was no communication on this until the request came to us three weeks later. I ended up talking with the Airbnb customer support team back and forth. There are so many good hosts out there. If you don't want your trip and your life to be ruined, Just find someone other hosts that you can trust to avoid all the hassles. I am personally against the wide use of marijuana and had never thought about one day I was accused of smoking it. What an insulting experience!   0/5 rating, if possible.

As a follow-up to the review, I left a 5-star review on Airbnb right after my stay without knowing I would get accused of conducting something illegal unfounded three weeks later (smoking marijuana is illegal in FL and against my believe), which is exactly why I want to write the review reminding people who are thinking of doing business with this company. I guess in their value proposition, accusing their customers as criminals is not considered as damaging the customers' reputation. Again, you don't know what you may get. Check all the reviews down here (not just mine) and don't just look at the nice photos of the rental properties, my best advice to you, my friend.

Probably one of the best air bnbs i ever stayed at, prime location, great neighbors, everything overall went smooth i loved the way it was close to everything and very easy check in!

I recently stayed at the HostyMosty apartment located at Ocean Terrace Dr, Miami Beach. The location was wonderful. I would suggest you skip the rental car. The surrounding area is very walkable and has everything you could want. And if you want to explore further, the public transportation is cheap and easy to use. The apartment is clean and bright and steps from the world-class beach. Thanks to the HostyMosty team for the timely replies to my many questions. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

The entire experience was amazing. The house is exactly as pictured. There is even a back yard. The gated entry provides extra security. There are food shops and other stores within walking distance.
The hosts were extraordinary.
I had a major issue after my stay and they went above and beyond to assist me.

I have been working with Susan and HostyMosty for the past few years. She and her team provide exceptional 5 star management services as well as a great ROI on my investment. I highly recommend her and her company for anyone wanting to get into the Short term rental space.

In full disclosure I had previously left a 5 star review. It was the lack of professionalism and accommodating after my checkout that I felt it necessary to repost a lesser review. Before I go into my 2 star rating, let me start by saying the home was as advertised. Quiet, clean and cozy. I do not typically leave negative reviews unless I feel the situation warrants others knowing what to be mindful of.

I traveled up for surgery as an international guest. Susan was aware of my arrangements as we communicated this ahead of time. On my return I realized I had left behind a pair of Bose headsets in the property. I contacted the team requesting they send my item to a local PO Box at my expense. I offered my FedEx account as an added convenience. The reply I received was not helpful. I was told they were in busy season and I needed to arrange to send them a self addressed prepaid parcel or have someone collect the item on my behalf. I will state again, I was an international guest and had no way of making these arrangements. I tried explaining this to Susan and her team, however, they were unwilling to assist. For this reason I feel Hosty Mosty does not live up to there claim of being a “turnkey” accommodation provider. The situation has been quite frustrating at best.

In short, if you stay at one of Hosty Mosty’s properties, do yourself a favor and don’t leave anything behind, less you might find yourself in a similar situation. This review could have been avoided simply by making the effort to accommodate. Quite disappointed.

As a follow-up to the review, a team member of HostyMosty contacted me on their personal time off and offered to meet me with the headsets. I was advised from the team member that Susan told them not to deliver them while on working hours. This person was kind enough to do so after working hours and on their personal time. I was grateful for their time and offered to pay for the trip, fuel as well as a generous tip for being so professional. This type of professionalism was characterized by the individual and was not a reflection of HostyMosty as previously stated in Susans response to my review.

When I emailed Susan and asked about if I cancel if I would receive a refund. I was told If you decide to cancel your booking within 48 hours of making the reservation, and the check-in date is at least 14 days away, you are eligible for a full refund. If you cancel at least 7 days before the check-in date, you will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any refunds for cancellations made within 7 days. I don’t care if you suggested I change the dates. Why I just wasn’t told the direct answer. This is for my daughter‘s 21st birthday and you basically just robbed us for over $1000. I looked on your listing there is nothing that states that if you make a partial, you will get no refund. You literally go from the post into the booking page and even on my email receipt there is nothing that states that. They called on my behalf, just to see if you guys were honor what was told and you told them flat out no. That is wrong and bad business.
