My boxer baby loves play days at Hot Paws. He gets to run all day with his buddies and I get a few hours of wiggle-free work.

Wonderful facility. Very friendly staff, lots of playtime for the dogs outside and super easy communication, hours and pickups/drop-offs. This was our first time boarding our golden retriever here and I would definitely come back if we visit here again!

I have never had a bad experience thru 3 generations of pups. My 2 dogs get excited when we're driving the doggie-limo and sing, "Going off to Hot Paws! Cuz we need a bath. " They know what they are getting a hot tub soak, an all over body massage, shampoo, cut & blowout. A Mani-pedi too. Hot Paws personel are so patient, gentle & An accommodating to all their guests. They're also excellent at meeting the needs of special needs dogs. Wonderful grooming session today.

They work well and are great to my dog. Their hours can be a little confusing but they answer the phone so it makes it easy. 10/10 I will bring my dog here.

Our dogs are treated like family at Hot Paws The staff is loving and sweet and very knowledgeable. The owner and manager are two of the very best! We never have to worry about Tater and Moose when they are in their care, whether it is for daycare, extended stays or grooming we know they will get the best of attention and care. We are truly grateful to have them here on Amelia Island.

Our dog Misha stayed here for 3 days and it was such a good experience! Everyone was so nice from the time I booked it until we picked her up! I loved the daily personalized report cards and pictures and seeing her playing outside with the other dogs. We even got a bag at pick up with a certificate, sunglasses, and a frisbee! Thank you for taking good care of our pup! We will certainly be back!

Best kennel we've ever used.and we've used several over the years. We leave our pets there knowing they will be cared for just as if they were their own pets. Hard to find this kind of care.

My husband and I have been taking our fur babies (Standard Poodles and a Whoodle) to Hot Paws for at least 10 years. They go for doggie daycare regularly, they go for grooming regularly and they also are boarded there occasionally. Octavio and his staff are absolutely the best! You know that your pets are being well cared for when they are at Hot Paws! I highly recommend them!

I have two GSPs, a very high energy breed that requires a lot of entertainment and distraction. We bring them here for boarding and daycare when we’re going out of town or have a long day. At home we have a very large yard and several times a day they are out running the yard and playing, but they never seem to tire out for more than a hour or so. When they come home from Hot Paws, they sleep for a solid day. I love the updates and photos I get during their stay, but most importantly I love how excited my boys get when they know they’re going.

Hot Paws is a great place to take your fur babies. I have been taking my girls since they first opened. Great staff, caring, always looking out for my girls. The girls love to go and play in the big yard. I don't know what I would do without Hot Paws for daycare or boarding. They are professional, dependable and always look out for my girls.
