Hot Topic, St. Petersburg FL

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I can't remember his name but the male employee with the green hair was super helpful and made sure we got the best price (all while upselling me, as you're wanted to do) and I left happy and with a bag full of things

My experience was okay usually when I come in I have no issues or anything. I did feel as though one Employee was being a little bit obnoxious but overall it was a good experience.

I used to always look forward to going into Hot Topic during a visit to the mall. During the pandemic, this store seemed to shift from having a lot of merchandise in the store to having it online. (I still shop online at Hot Topic.) I realize the malls have less foot traffic these days and that business model makes sense for the times we are in, but it was a little disappointing to go into the store and see how little merchandise there was. It was always magical to walk into a Hot Topic, but in-store shopping is a little lackluster right now.

The staff was wonderful very helpful and cheerful. We were able to find everything we were looking for and much much more

Still a little light with clothing but the service was good & my great neice did eventually found something

People there are so helpful i had my daughter in their buying items and they helped her so much picking things she liked will be back!

I took my granddaughter to Hot Topics as she wanted to get some headdress accessories that are very popular with the girls in her school and her friends the story is very cool very modern lots of merchandise for the kids too look at and plenty of colorful colors of clothing and such it was a nice visit she paid for her accessories with the money from her piggy bank

It does a great job of keeping up with new fads and designs. The shelves were often out of size small for popular prints.

I love the staff here the bald gentleman took my breath away not only was he extremely helpful but strikingly gorgeous

Poor management team that changes policy on the fly making the store totally unreliable will never spend another $ there.

Clean, respectful employees, enforce mask order and they have a guard at the front of the store which i actually do like. They go over some brief instructions that you must wear your mask at all times. Last time I went the workers were bunched up talking and chatting in one spot, where one went the other two would follow, though I don't know the circumstances they could have been training and new or just going over some new products in the store. Either way it was just one time I've seen it

I just looked around to see what they had which was a large variety of shirts & other what nots lol
