Small store. I forgot it was there. Hot Topic in general isn't the way it used to be.

I can't keep my kid out of here! Hes 15 now and loves anime and awesome band tee shirts. They send us coupons often. The store is a little small but always neat. Friendly and helpful staff.

One of our favorite stores! They have some really cute trendy clothes, pins, shoes, and loungefly backpacks. Love it.

Had to exchange an item I purchased before Christmas. The salesperson, Mars, was super helpful found the replacement online processed the new to ship to my home. Great experience. 5 Stars all day.:)

I love this store. Using my discount allowed me to get 2 Christmas gifts for family members for a very low price. The selection of items was exactly what I have come to expect from Hot Topic. The staff was friendly and check out was fast.

Always fun. Good sales and good values. But the hot topic cash is kind of a pain because it has a very short expiration time

Very good site ordered a couple things that were 60% off. Can't beat saving money. Deflect came early and one right on time. Totally would shop on line again.

I have never been more disrespected in my entire life. Coming from someone who has worked within service industry for over a decade I am absolutely disgusted by the behavior of the employees at this establishment. More specifically Cori and Sonny. Being a frequent customer of Hot Topic, I view this store as a safe place and sanctuary to be my true self. I find comfort by the unique style choices and environment Hot Topic provides. However after my recent experience I will never contribute money to this establishment ever again. Upon my entry to the store I was greeted with disgruntled employees and rude remarks. Throughout my shopping experience the staff were blatantly disrespecting my character simply by the way I looked. These allegations and slander will not be tolerated and I do not support companies who hire individuals with such poor morals. I was told
by an employee I was not welcome at this establishment because “this store is not for you” “this is not your style”. I’m curious as to where these allegations stemmed from. Could it be the color of my skin? My gender? Hmm…The severity of this incident should not go unnoticed. These discriminatory actions should not be supported by the company, and is not warranted in any way. Discrimination is wrong and any action supporting those views should not be tolerated.

Staff was extremely rude and the amount of discrimination my family and I received was disgusting. Save your money and skip this store for your own good.

Loved the vibe when I go in and it speaks to my inner child while looking around, enjoying all their unique stuff.
