Hot Yoga Largo

I am a beginner to yoga, went to Kim’s class, relaxed, fun not all serious and still get a good work out!

The studio is small yet quaint, and the portfolio of yoga classes is diverse to fit a wide audience. Only thing I'm always bothered by is that tiny space to put your belongings, as it's right between the two doors: the exit door, and the yoga room door. Not fen shui. But the yoga room is spacious, very comfortable.

I've now taken multiple classes, and I can not get enough of Lori's om-aze-ing traditional, fiery yoga sessions. Her classes are a blessings to this studio! It took me a while to find a yoga class that brought me back to the REAL practice of yoga. Lori actually speaks the poses in Sanskrit, which is very rare and very much appreciated, and she adjusts you when needed (not many teachers do such key adjustments, and a yoga practice grows healthier if adjustments are made). We need more of Lori's classes.

Other classes I thoroughly enjoy are Chelsea on Tuesday evenings, I love that she allows us to get funky and creative, and she is so positive, and Lana on Sunday morning, if you want a powerful vinyasa class and workout on top of yoga.

Lori Bushey is very talented and we would follow her to any studio that hosts her classes. The sound bath was amazing! Thank you
