Hotel Chelsea, Miami Beach FL

Good prices and excellent location, you walk like 5 minutes to the beach. The terrace and the bar are in another hotel

No on site parking! We had to walk 6 blocks fron a parking garage to the hotel. Reservations said they had valet parking which they don't. Bar is small food is good a little on the $$$ side.
Room was cozy but tv is hung in a bad spot and dose not swing out for better viewing.
Other than no on site parking it was ok.

My stay here is only OKAY. I get here and the man who checks me in isn’t very friendly. It felt like he was just trying to get me out the way. I had to ask which direction my room was in, he just gave me a key and sent me on my way. My room is pretty small which is okay because it’s just me. I went out on the town the night I checked in. I noticed hair on one of the beds so I just didn’t sleep there. In the morning naturally once I’m awake I want to shower.
I noticed only had towels available to me no wash cloths so tried to use the phone to call the front desk.
The phone the have in the room doesn’t work at all.
I called from my cell phone and the front desk told me they’ll have to see if they have any wash cloths left. They told me that If they couldn’t find any I would have to go to CVS AND BUY MY OWN.
(when you’re book hotels you book for basic needs like a bed towels and wash cloths even tooth brush and tooth paste if you need it) I told him I didn’t understand why I would have to do that if that’s why I booked the hotel. He said “that’s just how it is here”?
He told me if he found any he would call me back and I could come down and get them because they aren’t doing room service. Bringing someone things they need that normally come in hotels isn’t room service. It’s CUSTOMER SERVICE.
2/10 just because I slept here its shelter for the two nights I’m here 2/10 GHETTO DO NOT RECOMMEND

Nice cozy place i only would recommend getting as far away from the front end as possible. Theres a restaurant that is noisy and could hear* alot of noise until they close.

We asked today the person at the front desk for napkins to the bathroom and they said that was not basically the responsibility that it was the responsibility of the bar very unprofessional very disappointing.

Beautiful place you should definitely focus on better customer service.

WARNING! DO NOT STAY HERE! My wife and I caught the employees peeping at us through a crack in the walls! Not to mention the place was INFESTED with roaches and ticks in our bed! I'd give them ZERO stars if i could! Never in my life experienced something like this!

The Hotel Chelsea was nice except for a few hiccups. There was an extra fee after we checked in. I booked a king room and even though we were there prior to check in they said they had no more and placed me in a room with double beds. Other than that, the staff was pretty nice the few times I interacted with them and the room was clean. Also valet is 37 dollars a night. This is not included in the room.

First impression was that it could use a little update. However, after a good night's sleep on very comfortable bedding a nice breakfast with friendly smiles and excellent service I'll go ahead and give five stars. It's very centrally located off the beaten path which is a good thing. Highly recommend and the price was commensurate with the value.

Great location to the beach, room are decent although pretty dark. For the price cant beat it, would come back again.

Nice place but it's expensive. To park your car is 40 dollars. No one speaks English! But hey there is an open bar so that's great.

Do not stay here.they are not accommodating by any means. Niurka is HORRIBLE.worst customer service I have ever received, extremely extremely rude! If you had a bad day, don’t take it out on your customers! Seriously stay away from this place!

Top notch service, very friendly and helpful staff, and the foooood was AMAZING! Not to mention they have the best prices around on breakfast, lunch, & dinner! Definitely coming back.highly recommended!

TV remote didn't work or even match the TV and they ran out of wash clothes. They cleaned the room well and the radio has blue tooth with nice sound and bass so I was on that whenever I was in the room. Happy hour was from 7pm yo 8pm which is wack but the drinks are free just leave a tip for the bartender wish totally made up for it, all you can drink for an hour.

Great place for the price. I would stay again. Lighting is dim in the bathroom. Water is extremely hot. Towels are clean and soft. Housekeeping and staff are pleasant. Try this place out.

Great room but it looks more like a motel than a hotel. There is not a lot of place to sit inside. You have to wait almost an hour to get your car. Wifi is sometimes slow. Most of the staff doesn't speak (a lot of) English.

Great location for a bachelor getaway! Very nice room and staff. Love irina! Free drinks at happy hour everyday! Very clean room and great hospitality! Definitely recommend!

C I stay here every time I come home to Miami I’ll be here on Labor Day week hopefully they hook me up for coming so much I actually like the place it’s reasonable and in a very good spot

This hotel is pretty good. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room we booked is small, but that's fine since we'll be out and about seeing the city all day anyway. They do have a cool rooftop bar that's worth checking out. Now I'm being a little nit-picky, but the breakfast isn't impressive at all, but since it's New York you can find any other place for great food.

Its really nice. Even had a Bluetooth radio. Clean. I only wish they had more outlets. Just travel with an extension cord and you'll love it

Horrible customer service. I called several times for reservations and was placed on hold for a long period of time! First impression is horrible they will not get any of my money and no more of my time!
