I am so happy I came across this gym, I can’t wait to start my fitness journey. Convince and friendliness of the staff is what won me over.

Love it here. Very clean and the workouts you’re able to put in can be done in as little as 15 minutes. Staff is great and I love that it’s open 24/7. Always feel safe there at night. Location is never over crowded and you can use the app on your phone to schedule classes. Love!

LOVE Hotworx! The concept is awesome, the staff, especially Sabine is amazing, so helpful. She is able to answer all my questions and does it in a way that makes me feel really comfortable to ask. No waiting in line to use machines, it's nice and private I get a great workout in a short period of time. Perfect for my lifestyle.

THE ONLY THING MISSING IS A RECUMBENT BIKE INSIDE OF THE SAUNA ROOM, FOR PEOPLE WITH BACK ISSUE BE ABLE TO ENJOY BETTER. THAT IS THE ONLY REASON I HAD TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP.
THE ASSISTANT OF SABINE AND JENNIFER ARE AMAZING, THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP YOU. HOPE COME BACK IN THE FEATURE, WHEN THIS EQUIPMENT IS AVAILABLE.

We called several times to cancel my account over a year ago.
1.you can't just cancel, they either make you pay a penalty or 2 month worth of monthly plan
2.even though someone said they canceled, they are still charging me
3.my wife has been trying to cancel as well and even though she was told it was done the person on the phone today said they have no notes and we have to come in to cancel
This company are money grabbers. Stay away. They are toxic and will NOT let you cancel

Hotworx is incredible I feel such a difference in the way I feel! So much more energy, happier, and I sleep incredibly. I can tell a difference on the days that I don’t work out here I feel very sluggish and even doing the 15 minute sessions I’ll go home and have the energy to clean after working a full day at work. It’s seriously life changing to me and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’m so happy with Hotworx!

If you're looking for convience, 24/7 sauna gym w/ phenomenal customer care service? Then yes absolutely yes. I freaking love it here and Jennifer and Sabine have been crazy helpful and knowledgeable in helping me and my mom w/ everything under the sun when it comes to the 101 at hotworx. They even convinced my mom to get the membership! Yes!

I absolutely love these sauna workouts! I feel like I have so much energy after a quick 30min sweat session in there! Very good workouts, clean location, and staff is wonderful!

I have to say I love this studio. I’m going on 11 sessions and I’m obsessed. Super easy to book. Never over crowded. Staff is super customer service trained and very helpful. Love Jen and the black woman who work during staffed hours. Happy I made the switch from club Pilates, I was worried classes wouldn’t be up to par w reformer pilates but it’s better!

This is my first review ever so hopefully that says a lot however I love this place so much so I had to have it be known. I got a call after seeing them on social media and then went in for my free session I met with Jennifer and she is just lovely! She treats you like a friend and really cares about her job and infrared. She gave me a tour and I really did like the concept. There is an enrollment pricing which is pretty standard and the pricing itself for the membership is incredible! Way better than LA FITNESS or PLANET FITNESS.hotworx is where it is at and Jennifer surpasses her qualifications for her job she truly is the piece of pie to this facility just so warm and welcoming! The members are great too I had a wonderful time meeting people while I was there. Infrared helped my depression too just the over all experience 10/10 if you struggle with your mental health, are ready to lose some weight and meet great people this is your place to be

I was a member for one year. Many times the door code wasn’t working and even though my payments were timely but never given a credit when the door code wasn’t working. I received a short notice on my job to relocate out of state. It costs me $120 to break my contract but only $84.00 to join. Thats just unethical business practice. I can see maybe one month to break the contract but two months is predatory. Like what is it costing them? They’re losing a member is all. I paid $120 to end my membership but I’m very disappointed and unhappy about this facility. They didn’t review the contract with me, the customer either. Also, it’s difficult to book spots because customers book multiple spots at one time. Poor management is all. They don’t train staff. Obviously Take your workout elsewhere.

Very nice staff and very clean and well maintained! This is the perfect place to go for an awesome workout. I highly recommend!

My favorite place to be. Infrared saunas with a variety of workouts. There is also a place to lift weights in the back. Always quiet and a great place to veg out when needed. Especially when sweating out those toxins.

Been a couple times now and overall very happy. Staff is friendly, professional and supportive!

Wonderful experience! Lisa and her staff are fantastic very professional and knowledgeable about every aspect of the studio. The infrared approach really makes a big difference in my body.

Staff is nice and the concept is good but the “corporate” business model is ridiculous. You have to come inside physically to cancel, you’re still charged a fee each time for as long as you’re suspended & to cancel completely you still are charged 2 more months before the cancellation becomes effective. Based on the owners responses to everyone good or negative, they don’t seem too concerned about just taking your money. I probably would never sign up again for these reasons alone.
