House 2 Home Inspections, Flagler Beach FL

Was recommended Brad by my realtor. He went through the house with a fine tooth comb. As if he was doing it for his own family which with two small children is very much appreciated ensuring that a home you know nothing about will be safe for your family. Very thorough! He does not hold back in his report. Very personable. Professional. Highly recommended.

Inspector said there was a mold issue when there wasn't. I have Leukemia and highly allergic to mold. Not a wet spot and no mold test; only because he saw a very old water mark. He should not be qualified to write a report without a test. He spent 6 hrs for a home inspection that he stated would take 3.5hrs and was a total rude individual looking for anything to void a sale!

The H2H team did a fantastic and very thorough job. They identified and prioritized issues and suggested repairs that we needed to make the buyer remedy. I would highly recommend them!

We needed a house inspection done asap and they were able do it. Pictures were sent to us with the inspection report and then a phone call to us to explain the issues with the property. Explanations were given in a concise, factual and easy to understand manner. We are very pleased with their services and highly recommend them.

House2Home recently inspected a home that we are interested in purchasing. This is the second home that they inspected for us, we used their services last year. If you want prompt, professional and honest service at a fair price, I highly recommend using them. The inspector will take the time to fully explain things to you and answer any questions that you may have. I used them for to inspect the house I was buying. They were professional, courteous, on time and did an excellent job. I would recommend them for house inspections.

They were very courteous and helpful and we received a very detailed inspection that helped prepare us for our new home investment.

When they give a price for a full inspection, they will do the FULL inspection for that price. But you do not get the full information for that price. When i called House2Home they give me a price for what they said was a FULL inspection. Everything that i would need they said. But when the insurance company was missing certain information, We called them to ask about it and was told that we need to pay $65 more for what they had already did. House2Home told me that they know all insurance company require this information and did this part of the inspection when they was at the house but charged me additionally.
If they would have figured this into the price upfront it would not have been a problem. Byers beware
