Please be warned about this unethical, unprofessional, and possibly illegal home inspector. He represents himself as a professional HVAC tech, a licensed arborist, a certified siding contractor, among other things. He is not licensed or authorized to inspect these specifics of a home, however, he speculates and opines about multiple disfunctions without authority. The kicker is, he wont put any of it in writing in his formal inspection, for fear of litigation. He tells buyers tons of mis-truths but wont back up any in a formal inspection. Watch out for this snake.

The very best. My husband and I have used House Huggers on multiple occasions due to a couple house deals that fell through. Each time the inspector was on time and efficient. He was very informative and answered all questions and concerns. We would highly recommend his services!
