Well, I was a little disappointed I love Florida orthopedic! But I made my appointment with Dr. Jackson and I Saul, Dr. Hagman instead which yes he’s probably a great doctor but he did not know my history at all so it was very frustrating! If I make an appointment with a certain doctor, that’s because I want to see that certain doctor!

Over an hour and 20 minutes after appointment before we saw a PA. If we had waited for the doctor it would have been much longer.

The staffing was great, Dr. Jackson's PA was informative explaining how & why things happen to the spine & how to help correct your posture witch can help you possibly feel better. So I was happy with my first appointment. I apologize for not remembering the PA's name a very nice person.

Always polite and direct with details concerning wait time. Saw the lady "not sure of her name" very helpful and listened to my problems and made suggestions to help me. Very pleased with my visit.

Excellent. He leads an exceptional staff who has patient care at the forefront of their service. I highly recommend Dr jackson for all of your spinal needs.

Dr Jackson and his staff have our complete confidence. After seeing how the Doctor treated and cared for me, when she needed guidance and treatment, she chose Dr Jackson as her physician.

Explained in detail what to expect and what will work and what will not. I like to have things explained to me especially about health issues in understandable detail. Staff very polite and helpful. 5 stars for me.

Don't lie to your patients. Don't ask them to go thru a procedure first and if you do this and it don't work ill go fix your concerns then you go thru this process and when it don't help nothing change they refuse to take the step he says he would in the first place. I lost confidence in this doctor, he's a liar and had no intention on fixing the issues I came in with in the first place. I don't and can't trust that doctor. Because something else was addressed that had nothing to do why I was there in the first place and the proble that was decussed in the beginning was not and was refused to adress the issue that brought me to him in the first place.

I recently had an appointment with DrJackson for Pain Management. Dr. Jackson was the most through patient reviewer with me as he used my recent X-rays to point out the areas of concern that showed up on my X-ray films. He was the most invested physician as a 79 year old, I have ever experienced. It was NOT just what was wrong BUT a plan of action for addressing my pain. An intervention that addressed what I need to do & change & what he medically could do to help me. Dr. Howard Jackson is EXCEPTIONAL in his delivery, knowledge & commitment to help me his patient feel better.

Didn't see Dr. Jackson but saw his associate Larry he did an excellent job with helping me to get my neck into shape with P. T.and the correct meds.

Excellent practitioner, great educational person on your back problems. I highly recommend him.

Dr Jackson is the best. He is a Great Doctor the most knowledgeable, practical, sensible and best I have ever found for my neck and back issues.
