9 Well, first off the front clerk seemed stressed and works seem too loud and playful. That Is a place of business, people life seems meaningless to workers nowadays. Maybe need more front desk clerks and a floor remodel.
Mr Dobson's service was okay, but seems as if more time and focus could've been giving to my concern. As if he needs more Assistant specialists.
I've only seen him once for my consultation but he is a very nice and very knowledgeable doctor
20 Minutes in the waiting room, 23 minutes in the examination room, so I open the door to see what's up? She says "Oh the Doctor had a emergency it will be another 20 minutes (or so"). No, that would be a total of 63 + minutes waiting for the Doctor.then the visit with him. I Had another I appointment. I left. Fix your credit card machine second time I have been there and it does not work. This was written by my Partner he was upset that i drove all that way and did not see the Doctor.
Dr Dobson and his Staff was attentive and he and staff explained everything in terms Jim can understand and we appreciate that
The staff and Dr are great, but the scheduling is terrible. If I have an appointment at 4, I expect to be seen within a few minutes of the scheduled time. If I'm waiting for over an hour that is not ok. I would rather be told to come in later than waste my time sitting there. I was called three times to reschedule because the Dr had emergency surgery. No problem, I get it. But the disregard for my time seems to be disrespectful.
Dr Dobson performed colon cancer surgery, he removed 8 inches of my colon and reattached it. I've yet to feel any pain at all. Excellent
Have had Dr. Dobson on our great group of docs 4many yrs. He took care of my husband yrs.ago & now we both choose his practice 4all general surgical procedures. Donna his nurse is also phenomenal. Fantastic doc; great staff. Ty all 4being so awesome!
Dr. Dobson took the time to show me my CAT scan and explain things to me in a clear and concise manner. Although I recently moved about 20 miles away I will stick with Dr. Dobson. I also think staff at Dr. Dobson’s office and Steward Medical Center in Rockledge are caring and top notch.
