7Website shows there is one apartment 3/2 avaialble so I quickly apply, and do everything as stated. I paid the $180 application fee for me and my fiancee and then the holding fee of $350 to hold the apartment. Well they just sent me an automated message saying there are no apartments available now. Yet I go back on website and its showing there is one left. So when do I get my $350 back for holding an apartment that was meant to be held, and applied to first month rent? I have been calling all day and no one answers the phone. What gives?
I am very disappointed. I was looking into in leasing here but reading the reviews makes me realize I am going through same bad experience. I reached the office every single day for over 2 weeks and I can't seem to reach no one. Makes me think if I lived there if I had any problems I won't get help.
Mr Ben always responds quickly and efficiently, very pleased living at Howell branch.
Really nice townhomes. Can't beat the price! Unfortunately I don't qualify but I highly recommend for those that do.
Ben the maintenance guy is great at his job and gives tips on how to repair garbage disposal, AC, and gets to a task on time.
Karla is very helpful and attentive. She definitely makes renewals easy! The property is quiet and peaceful.
