Our agent Katie Fletcher is very knowledgeable. She was very helpful a few years ago when another H&R Block agent from another office had something wrong on our tax return. When we went back to her she wouldn't help us in any way. So, we thought we would go to another location and Mrs. Fletcher went above and beyond to help us. Not only did she help us with the problem the other agent got wrong, but also got us a higher return. As long as Mrs. Fletcher is there, we will be as well.

Mrs. Fletcher is friendly. She treats you with respect, and like an old friend. Having your taxes prepared is actually a pleasant experience, even when you have don't have a refund coming. She knows what she is doing, and explains everything. She showed us what the changes in the tax laws from last year were, how they affect us, and making suggestions as to what we need to do to keep from having to pay at the end of the next year. We have worked with her on our taxes for a few years now, and plan to continue with her every year.

Barbara Fencsik was extremely helpful and efficient. Very knowledgeable regarding Ohio State Income Tax forms.
