6Called to schedule an appointment to revue my upcoming tax return since I had changes in my income. They were able to see same day. Gail explained my options and showed me what to expect for next year's filing. Gail is very welcoming and has handled my returns since I moved here. She knows her stuff! H & R Block is lucky to have her representing them.
Horrible service. I didnt get the tax refund and when i call them they said to go ahead and check my tax refund status. So, basically doing their job.

It was so, so easy to file taxes here. Turbo tax had me swearing, ready to throw my computer at the wall, and their representatives were no help at all. HR Block had me done so quickly and easily, I was shocked. I've never had a better experience at any other financial institution or business. It was relieving. My wife and I had a very complicated tax year, but HR Block made it simple. I will be coming back every year!
