11HT is the best PC repair shop I have ever used. They are very knowledgeable and have great expertise. Mike spent a great deal of time with me throughout the process, which was greatly appreciated
Not impressed, although the person was polite. I had a phone on/off switch come off and was told that it was part of the screen that would have to be replaced. Took it to another shop that fixed the problem and replaced the battery within 1/2 hour while I waited for less than $100.00.

I was freaking out because my iPhone wouldn't charge, I stopped in HT Computers where Mike checked the iPhone's current and confirmed my iPhone could charge - it was just completely drained. Thanks Mike, I'll be back.
