HuB, Sarasota FL

By far the coolest place in Sarasota. Rich knows hit stuff. I spent some time co-working and had the chance to run my idea by Rich. He took the time (although he didn't have to) to learn about my business and then gave me a ton a great suggestions. Love the HuB!

We could have never launched our product without the help of the HuB. There experience in launching businesses is unparalleled in this area (and probably anywhere). They understand every aspect and the reality of what it takes.

There is no organization that has done more for the creative class in Sarasota than the HuB. They helped me start my business a few years ago, and gave me the advice I needed at the time. Thank you Rich and gang for doing what you do.

Best Coworking spot in Sarasota. I had the pleasure of coworking out of the space for a few months and the people were great. The space was awesome as well, centered in downtown. Easy walk anywhere. They really showed me a completely different side to Sarasota. The HuB is the best thing going in that town.

The HuB has brought a sense of community and creativity to Sarasota that no other entity has since Ringling. Not only has it helped launch multiple tech and creative businesses that has created hundreds of high-paying jobs, it has been a huge advocate for building and supporting the creative class.

Decent food and Elle the bartender is excellent. Better than Classico that is next door. Go here first!

I inquired about a free tour using their website over a year ago and it took months to get any response. I soon forgot about it but lately I’m in need of a private office to rent and inquired again via phone. I was told a tour would be no problem whenever I liked so when I called back again after looking at my schedule, I was told that there aren’t any private offices left unless I’d be willing to share (?). I was also told the price was now $1200 per month (not $700 as stated on the website!), and that they are no longer called HuB, they had rebranded to a new name. You may want to update your website to reflect that, and also that the prices are now almost double for a shared office? Very bizarre. I’ll just keep looking.
