The service there is Great. I was helped by this guy named Deverick, and he was great. He knew what he was talking about, and he was nice.

The guys at Hubcap Heaven were friendly and informative when I called. They told me I could come right in. They checked my rim within 5 minutes and had it repaired in under an hour. (Much better than having to buy a new one!) b They were honest, fair and fast. Highly recommend.

I was in town from out of state and needed a new rim. I called and they had one. I got it same day.
It had a defect that I found out about a few days later. I brought it in and they changed it out in less than 30 minutes.

Excellent service overall! They offered me options to get my bended wheel and flat tire fix to accommodate my budget, the mechanic took the time to go over my concerns about checking the car for other damages and the wait was not long, even though they were servicing multiple costumers.

My car was shaking bad so I took my car there to get checked out and they told me it was a bent rim that cost nearly $200. Once left the shop my car was still shaking so I had to go back to the shop and they told me it's the tire rod waste of money and a rip off. I need my money back asap

You won't find any deals there. It's the same prices as other places or more. But the guy with the Locs was very helpful. Looks like he does most of the work

One of my favorite places for car care. A little disappointed they did not have a Toyota Hubcap and had to get a generic one.

Got us in fairly quickly. Reasonably priced for what was done.
Waiting room would be nice to have a charging system for cell phones for customers waiting. We were there for 3 hours. Pepsi machine.shows Pepsi but it's Coke. Staff is helpful. Would return for future repairs.

I am GREATLY disappointed by the service received here. This place is an over all SCAM in all ways from pricing to service.

To start off.over the phone they give you one price and then tell you another one once the service is completed based on how you look or how much they think they can up charge you. Very unreliable and untrustworthy! "if it's cash its this price, if its card its this price, oh plus tax ok". With all these "hidden fees" all of a sudden when they see a female they feel they can take advantage. Very shady.

Second, I went there for a cracked rim to be repaired and leave there with not only a cross threaded lug bolt, but also a damaged hub port on a luxury car. Employee repaired the cracked rim (original problem)
and brings me a cross threaded lug stud and tells me to go buy a new one without telling me the inside hub was also damaged. Within a few minutes of receiving their service and inspecting the car I come back to ask them to fix the damage their employee created and Mr. Doug says "they will not be responsible" and to "have a nice day".

When I take the car to get the hub and lug bolt replaced in another more reliable shop within the same day, they said " I'm surprised they didn't offer to fix something so small". Goes to show they don't care about their customers. The more reliable shop I took the car to (on the same day) also found a nail which was probably purposely placed by this Hubcap heaven employee because it wasn't there prior to their service. Day before the car was inspected for a nail which is when we discovered the cracked rim which is why we took it to hubcap heaven in the first place.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. SHADY business!

I don't know what happened but my five-star once for a one-star I've been doing business with these fellows 1988 Ford truck that I'm restoring and the rims have been changed cuz she's been lifted and could not find anywhere a replacement for a spare well after going up and down Dixie down Dixie highway 10 times Wanda back in Hollywood and lo and behold there was hubcap heaven they had it they found it they put on the spare but on the back for me and the bed p I mean these fellows were running around one of Miami vice was still on TV and thanks for sticking it out guys I know how it was through all these last 30 years 40 years do I what am I saying now it's 50 years anyway thank you thank you again

Went here to replace a cracked wheel after hitting a pothole. Although they didn't have the exact color match, they did an excellent job repairing the small crack and ding to my wheel. They are in a new location just North of the old spot.

I brought my Tesla in, without an appointment, to replace a defective aftermarket TPMS. Doug took me in right away and worked on the car. He changed the sensor and showed me that it was reading on his machine, but the Tesla had not yet picked up the signal. He told me if it doesn't pick up the signal after driving it a while, bring it back. After a couple of days, the car was still not picking up the sensor, so I brought it back. Doug worked on it for some time, and exhausted every method he knew of to repair it, to no avail. I was okay with accepting defeat. Doug would not allow me to leave without refunding my money, even though I told him not to. You just don't see this type of integrity much these days. I appreciate it. For that, this business has earned 5 stars and my future business. Thank you!
