This was a WONDERFUL experience. I found great furniture, AMAZING STAFF (Keith and Dana), free professional design/decorator assistance, and much more. The designer and sales person came to our home which allowed them to feel the space and design it with care and with a personal touch! I was never pressured to buy anything which made me really want to buy here! Great Experience!

Bought a sofa and love on Memorial day. Got a very good deal and Keith was awesome. He was very thorough with his explanation of all the different styles and fabrics that you could choose from.

Dominique was very helpful in showing me sofas that fit my tall stature and long legs and my wingback chairs. I have waited since October 2020 for a replacement motor for the sofa I purchased in 2018. Finally Southern Motion gave me a credit for the inoperable sofa. I should have the new sofa by Easter. Thank goodness I also purchased the extended warranty. It was worth every penny. I have also purchased the warrant for the new sofa. I believe we will be very happy this time. I would not recommend “Southern Motion” furniture.

Found a recliner for my husband. We have a smaller house so the huge recliners would not work.found the perfect size and in the fabric we loved that would coordinate with our furniture and room!

I purchased a table during the pandemic at another retailer, my order was cancelled without warning. Kaela at Hudson bent over backwards to locate me the exact table to match my living room. I’d recommend Hudson furniture to anyone because their customer service is top rate!

I recently purchased a set of end tables from Hudson's Furniture online. The process was as easy as if I had walked into the store which was reassuring being I had recently purchased chairs from another store who's salesmen were dishonest an extremley unprofessional the process was horrible which led me to request a refund. Huson's salesmen were the complete opposite! They were honest about the timeframes it would take to receive my tables which I appreciated and they followed up with a confirmation email before taking my payment. My experience with them was pleasant and I would purchase from Hudson's in the future!

Nice clean place, helpful staff, showroom furniture well displayed. We were looking for dining room furniture and there was a lot of nice pieces but none that jumped out at us. Thank you to the friendly staff that answered all of our questions.

Pro: Ordering online with Hudson was super easy, they were very responsive, and very up front about the order.
Con: The listed delivery on their site for the piece was wrong by 3-4wks. I recommend checking with your vendors and updating expected delivery to assure your customers are aware of when reviewing your product.

I had a great experience in purchasing my custom made sectional sofa from Hudson Furniture in North Tampa. There are so many different choices in styles, sizes, configurations, and fabrics that it could be overwhelming Thanks to Laquita Glenn (Queen) the design coordinator that I worked with at Hudson Furniture she made it enjoyable for me. She is awesome. She helped me through the entire process. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and a very good listener. She helped me select exactly what I was looking for and that it would fit my living room perfectly. I couldn't have done it without her help. If it wasn't for Queen I would have left without buying anything as I would have been overwhelmed with the choices. Thank you Queen, you are the best. I can't wait to receive my new sectional sofa. I know it is going to look gorgeous in my living room. If you are in the market to buy new furniture, stop by Hudson Furniture in North Tampa and ask for Laquita Glenn (Queen).

I would rather give this store 0 stars if possible. After a drawn out and confusing process getting our sofa purchased we finally did. My husband and I had recently closed on our house and like another previous reviewer had scoured over 7 stores to look for the exact sofa for our family room. After making our custom sectional purchase on 9/8 and being told that there would be a delayed in shipment " due to covid" my husband and I practiced patience and chose to go forward with 3k+. Well now we are 4 weeks past our initial delivery date of 11/13 and I just woke up to another automated email that our couch would not be complete until January 11! Over 4 months of production time to make a sectional- that is ridiculous! Absolutely no communication or updates from the store and when I call it is blamed on " covid" and no further explanation. They need to be more transparent with the customer and not give a last minute notice when they plan to delay it. I have a feeling this will not be the last delay in delivery so plan to cancel the order as soon as the store opens this morning and go with a more trustworthy company. Do not bother placing your furniture order at this store. I have had several other pieces in my home from Ballard design, Ashley furniture etc.that have had " covid delays" in production but still come in a normal delivery time not OVER 4 MONTHS! We are now officially through the holiday season without our main piece of furniture due to a team guided on closing the sale ($$$) but not actual customer service or product!

Sales representatives lied about what was covered by extended replacement warranty. Overpriced couch is only a few months old and the cushions are already flattening. Hudson's refuses to fix the issue. Will ensure to dissuade any friends/family from ever trusting this company.

We where there a few weeks ago. I think we had the best salesman there, he was very pleasant and he took a lot of time with us. It took for ever to decide on the chair. I would go back when we get ready to buy more furniture. Bill your the best.

Dustin Fox was extremely helpful as a sales assistant. He was new to the job but went above and beyond in terms of his courtesy, helpfulness, and making sure I was a successful customer. He even helped me carry the luggage out and load it into my minivan. Bringing cold bottles of water out to the car when we were done was a nice touch. I love my new furniture. Thank you again!

After an attempt at employment I was turned away during the middle of the interview. I asked what kind of schedule to expect and if ever other Sunday off would be a possibility, I'm a single parent seems reasonable. I currently do about 1.3 million in sales at a 34% margin annually so needless to say you missed out.
People dont let employers treat you like cattle!

Excellent experience. Aaron helped me design my new bedroom including suggestions on linens and other decorating tips to make the room just pop. Delivery went very well. On time and very helpful.
