Bought a nice power rocker recliner. Item was in stock and will be delivered in a few days. Scott Cole and his supervisor were very patient and helpful. We are returning customers.

Colton was quick to respond to questions about our purchase and we LOVE our new couch! Delivery guys were careful with carrying it in and setting it up beautifully. We have purchased many items from Hudson’s and have always been pleased.

I walked into the store and was met immediately with a sales person named Scott Cole who was very good and pleasant. I was not that great of a customer because I kept putting off getting back with him but I finally stopped by store and ordered.

Got 4 barstools delivered I watched delivery driver use a magic market to cover the bare wood on the top back I also have a second one that has two faint stains on the cushion. I said I wanted them replaced they are sending out service. My mistake for accepting them in the first place, I will update my review after dealing with service.
UPDATE! Service arrives and I explain the issues of 2 spots on the seat on one barstool and showed the 6 inches of marker colored in on the back of the second barstool that I received. They claim this is up to their standards. So I pay $1,000 each for what appears to be used furniture. I will now start with notifying better business bureau and stop payment with my credit card company. I now know how they had 15 in stock because someone returned them and they are being sold as new with the damage.

Went to Hudson's in Sarasota (Tamiami & CSP) several times the past two weeks to buy a sofa and accent chairs. We worked with Ryan who was friendly, knowledgeable and very patient with us. It never seemed like a sales process with him. Not only was he informative, he came up with some great ideas and suggested we wait a few days to purchase because a sale was right around the corner and we could save some money. Imagine that! Overall it was a great experience.

Our sales person, Mike Danielowicz was very accommodating and took time to go over options available on our special order for a dining room set. He was very personable and easy to work with.

I called store to place an order for 2 accent tables. I was helped by Julie, who was amazing, answered all my questions & paperwork e-mailed to me in approx 5mins. The entire process was the easiest I’ve ever had purchasing an item over the phone!

I love working with Colton whenever I need furniture! Not only can he get me the furniture displayed at the store, but also furniture I see on-line or elsewhere. He makes the whole process painless. Reasonable prices, great variety and the store has great displays.

Julie was amazing to work with! She listened and then provided us with great ideas for furniture for a home we are building in the area. At the end of the day, we bought an entire home of furniture from Hudson’s - and the reason we did this was because of Julie and her incredible help in making our house a home! Can’t thank her enough for all that she has done for us!
