Okay maybe that's a little dramatic, but I cannot overstate this. I don't care how much you like the shop you go to, if it's not here it's the wrong one.

Eric is a true professional and seriously knows his stuff. He explained the issue my car was having and the possible solutions in layman's terms, but his explanation was so detailed that there was no question about their commitment to accurately diagnosing the problem. And he was equally dedicated to ensuring I made an informed decision. I've never been so happy to pay for a diagnostic. Considering the information and advice I received I actually feel like I underpaid.

My car is never going to see the inside of another shop or dealership for as long as I own it, and yours shouldn't either.

These guys are amazing. Friendly, responsive, reasonably priced, and do good work. They were able to get my truck in for brake failure on very short notice. Thank you all for getting me back on the road!

After going to 2 different shops to find out what was draining my battery, Hughes Automotive was recommended. They found the problem, fixed it, and car has been starting eversince. (Bad Relay)

I tried to get an estimate. Did not have my vin and they refuse to give an estimate if you do not have the vin.

The person that took my call was rude, and exasperated that i don't have my vin on lock.

She started off the conversation as though I was going to be a problem customer.

We ended the call with "I won't be doing business with you. "

I know this place comes highly recommended, but I'm not going to take my car to a company that treats potential clients like they are the problem.before they even have my car.

The vin is barely the issue.and, after 30 plus years of driving and dealing with mechanics.estimates without vin have been accurate.

The larger issue; the person answering the phone. They're taking their frustration out on potential customers.

These people were so nice! Even peanut (the little doggy, who really does look like a peanut) was super friendly and welcoming! Gives me the vibes of the old school car repair places. I went and asked if they could put air in my tires, mind you the weather was awful. Anyways I’ll definitely be back to see them.
