Hugo catered my wedding and provided bar service and it was excellent. Everyone said the food was amazing and the drinks were good too. Hugo is very honest and fair. I would highly recommend this business to others.

Hugo is wonderful. We had a wedding the food is absolutely amazing. The appetizers and main menu is overwhelming it is so good, The staff goes out of their way to make everything is perfect. We will definitely use them again……

Hugo's Catering provided a wonderful meal for my milestone birthday celebration in July. Everyone raved about the food which was delicious. They were very easy to work with, professional in delivery and setup and the cost was incredibly reasonable. Would highly recommend Hugo's and will use them again if the need arises.

Hugo and his staff were nothing short of amazing! From the cocktail appetizers, to the bar, to dinner, we felt in such good hands and everything tasted amazing! We had a Mexican cuisine and our guests said it was the best wedding food they had ever had! We had certain things in mind for our appetizers and Hugo and his staff were so accommodating to ensuring that our menu was specialized to not only fit our wants but the vibe of our venue as well. We wanted not your typical dry wedding food on a plate and going with Hugo's Gourmet Catering was the furthest thing from that- we loved it and our guests loved it! Highly recommend if you want the food to be one of the highlights at your wedding!

We use them almost exclusively for our catering events for our church, they are fantastic and have a wide range of things to offer.

Hugo's Gourmet Catering is superb! Ordered several full and half chafing pans for a corporate townhall meeting. Food was delivered exactly on time and piping hot. Every dish was delicious and all the attendees were raving about the food. The Grilled Churrasco Steak was hands down the favorite. The house salad was beautifully presented. I will definitely be using Hugo's for future events.

Planned our West Palm Beach intimate wedding reception from out of state. Working with Hugo was amazing. The options were endless. We selected Chicken Marsala, Bacon wrapped Pork Tenderloin, Garlic Mash, Roasted Veggies, Green Beans Almondine with butter, bread tray and salad. Setup and staff was amazing and our guests raved about the food. We had so much left the next day we took to the Fire Dept, so more could enjoy the deliciousness. Highly recommend.

We just had a very important event last night with 75 people. I can’t say enough good about the professional service, punctuality and quality of the food and service. Staff was very easy to work with and accommodating to both myself and all our guest. If you don’t know a caterer and you’re having to start from scratch Hugos catering is the beginning and the end you’ll have to go no further five star service and beyond.

Hugo, THANK YOU to you and your team for a SPECTACULAR experience on Thursday. Due to the weather there were many last minute changes and you were very accommodating, responsive, and flexible. The entire experience was FANTASTIC. The food was delicious and the presentation and service was excellent. The guests kept commenting on how delicious the food was. On a scale of 1-5 we will definitely rate you above 5. The Bride and Groom were very pleased. Thank you for your contribution in making my daughter's Wedding an AMAZING DAY!
