I have had Joeseph with Huelett for at least eight years now. He has been nothing but exceptional, professional, and very nice every time he comes. Anytime I have had to call because there was a problem like ants etc, which is rare, he is there either the same day or the very next day. This is a wonderful pest control company. I use their bimonthly bug control which is safe for my pets and their rodent control for the rats that visit my outside bird feeders.

We've all seen the TV ad where some woman says "I love these guys! " That woman could be (isn't) me, If I call, which is not often, I get an immediate response and service within 24 hours. The last time I called about these pesky and disgusting little ghost ants, Joseph outlined exactly what he could and could not do, within a 24 hour time frame. He then went out of his way to make sure that I got those little cabanas for the ants within 12 hours. They did the trick.

We were battling a German roach problem when we moved into our new home - Jeff came out for an initial assessment and then Phil was sent out for the service. In under 2 weeks we were seeing significantly less alive than dead and everything used was safe around the kids and dog. Phil explained everything he was doing in detail and why as well as next steps. Highly recommend!
