Great vets and nice people to help you through those intense moments. Very reasonable as veterinary services go.

This is a great facility overall. The staff were nice and they really took care of us! They gave us pretty much everything we needed to get started and we are grateful for everything they've done for our sweet little kitty. The adoption center and everything else were top notch and I would recommend anyone who is looking to adopt should come here to the Humane Society.

I’ve been taking our Doberman Vina ever since we’ve moved to Naples. I cannot express how much we love the staff here, especially Dr. Fok. She’s so caring, patient and sweet. She’s so professional and you can tell she loves and has a great passion for animals in her care. The attention and love they show your pet is phenomenal. Front desk staff are very pleasant- great communication with clients- such a great place! We love you Dr. Fok- thanks for being our puppy dog’s angel!

Good visit. Did a drop off and wait because of covid-19. I think they tried to upcharge me for extra services while I waited, but it was only 40 dollars more than what I was originally quoted. Would recommend to others.

I missed an appointment because I was in the emergency room. They will no longer take any appointments for my cat unless I pay a $55 deposit. The front desk doesn’t care about your pets or if you have a personal emergency. When I got in for my appointment the veterinarian didn’t even know anything about what was going on when I apologized for missing my appointment and that it wasn’t a big deal. The front desk is awful and will not work with you. Anytime I’ve ever called the girl up there was rude and horrible. I had even brought my hospital paperwork in as proof that I was there! They don’t care!
I had another appointment for my cat and his issue cleared up. I called to let them know it seems he was okay and that I wanted to cancel the appointment so they have space for another pet who needs it more.
I then asked to schedule the rest of his vaccinations in which the reply was that I would have to pay $55! Are you kidding me?

Worst vet in the area! I used to work in a dental office and we never charged people for missed appointments if they had an emergency but guess what? Life happens and the doctor usually doesn’t get upset at all.
