Whenever I go to this place everything is clean tidy the animals are cared for loved so far it is the best place I have ever known as a Humane Society. Thanks for that work

Don't keep records updated. They ask you to bring back pet because to get meds even though we did a few months back but they just lost that info.

Great place to support and very reasonable prices on shots, prescriptions. The only thing I thought was high in price was $20 for dog nail trim on small dogs. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

I have always had a positive experience here. The staff is always helpful. I recently had to request records for one of my pets, and Crystal was super friendly, and I got my records right away!

It is very difficult to communicate by phone. I have been trying for 2 weeks how can I make an urgent appointment with you

I love my adopted kitten Kody. He's opened up so much after only a few short months. He wakes me up a few times a night nibbling at my toes now. He's so much more active and playful than he was when he first came home. Coming back for another kitty soon.

Do NOT bring abandoned cats or even bother calling for helpful advice. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude, and had zero knowledge to share other than Cats are free roaming in Miami Dade County. Their advice is to put the animal back where you found it. This place should audited to make sure they’re even operating up to code.

This is the worst place in florida! They don't have a heart, two days ago I was driving to work and I found a PREGNANT CAT on the street and a car almost killed her, in this place they told me that they couldn't help me and that if I wanted I could take her the following week to have her surgery and KILL THE KITTENS.and then they would leave her on the street.is the most inhumane response! Then I went to the humane society in Broward county and they helped me without any problem!

I took my dog ​​to surgery. All perfect. The exams and the medicine I always get there. The staff is very friendly. This place is amazing. Thank you!

I had to take my 6 little chawawa weiner mix dogs into today for their regular check-up Unfortunately out of the clear one of my dogs had a seizure (1st one ever) they jump into action took him back gave him a anti-seizure medication, they have always been there for me, an my little dog is ok have to take him to the vet find out what happened, but these people are friendly an good on their feet when something goes wrong, they will always be #1 in my book

Great efficient service at this location. I've never had a negative experience here. I've been coming here over 10 years with my now 14 year old beagle mix. I also started coming with my newly adopted 7 month old tabby cat recently and love their treatment of cats too. My dog and cat were both fixed at their clinic and come for rabies vaccines here too- all of their prices are budget friendly. They also offer an on site pet store with food and toys that benefit the shelter animals, adoption services, pet beauty services, and volunteer opportunities. They used to offer discounts with valid proof of Medicaid, Medicare or other government assistance, but at my last appointment I noted they were not currently offering that.

As far as the volunteers are nice and helpful but am disappointed in the Humane society. I brought in a cute kitten that was dehydrated and they said they have no room to take it. Later that evening the kitten died. They should at least offer to keep it for the day to help nurse it back to health. I'm not a vet, they know more what to do to save a animal. By sending it home it had a slim chance.

So disappointed. I went on their website and followed the instructions for the TNR program

And then upon arrival there's a piece of paper on the door stating funds are gone and there is no TNR program

I feel they should have put that on the website instead of having sympathy trap an animal and drive all the way over there trying to do the right thing.

We lost a1 of our dogs while traveling out of the country. I had to bring him there under considerable grief and stress. The official on duty after hours was extremely nice and caring under the very difficult circumstances.

Very kind people. They truly care about the well being of your pets and will do whatever they can to treat your pets even within your budget.
