Absolutely horrible, ordered two medium pizzas. I was told it would arrive between 30-45 minutes. It was hour in a half. Pizza was cold and dried out and nasty.

Woow, do they even drug test? The manager of this restaurant looks shot out, typical Seffner. I guess they do not have a policy about being with employees either. I would just go to Domino's if I was you it's literally right across the street.and you can tell they actually drug test their employees

Had a bad delivery experience last night. I am not in their delivery area, and placed the order by mistake. I called them to cancel and the associate sent me to a manager, who acted as though it was his decision whether or not to cancel the order. Since I wanted my delivery to arrive with as little hassle as possible, I agreed when he offered to go ahead and fulfill the order even though I'm not in their area. He says that it's a slow night so he'll help me out. I guess he's doing me a favor by letting me spend money here? He tried to tell me that I didn't know my own address ("You don't live in Plant City. " really?). Even after confirming the nearest cross street and getting directions - the person did NOT pass on my driving instructions to the driver. As a result, the driver got here after almost 2 hours had passed. The poor driver apologized enough that I was willing to let it go at that point - but then he handed me someone else's order. It wasn't close enough to just shrug and say okay - we were missing a whole large pizza from the order. At this point I tried to cancel and he said I had to call in. Another 15 minutes wasted on this problem. By the time it was done - not only did they lose my business but they cost the OTHER HUNGRY HOWIES I USUALLY FREQUENT my entire order for the night. They would have gotten here because they deliver here frequently. The promise made to be here quickly because you are having a slow night is irresponsible and you don't make promises like that in customer service. Someone here needs to be retrained.
