Hungry Howie's Pizza, Largo FL

This was our first experience ever eating here. We are on vacation from Wisconsin. The Subs were absolutely delicious and omg Huge. Definitely Tasty and beyond filling. We definitely enjoyed our experience. Will come back again when we visit next

They made my pizza wrong, and I had to come back. You think they would of made me another one free of charge for the inconvenience. Nope! They would make me another, make me wait longer, or refund my money. I got my refund, and I won't be back. Where's the Customer Service 101 nowadays?

Ordered my pizza and wings and waited an hour and a half, my order said complete and I didn’t receive my food. I called the store and I was told that the driver delivered the food to the wrong person and they thought that he was going back to get it. Then they said that they make another pizza and that’s another 20 minutes wait. I asked for the manager and requested a refund. I will never order from this location again.

I usually love Howie’s! But tonight has me wondering if I’ll ever return to what used to be my favorite location. My salad contained a massive chunk of lettuce that was brown and rotten. It had to be about 2-3 inches in diameter. Literally a massive chunk from the had of the lettuce, and it was brown all over. I’ve got a photo if you want to see. The pizza itself was not anything close to the Howie’s pizza I know and love. Sorry, bland, and it appeared as if an entire can of olives was poured onto the pizza. I didn’t order extra olives.

Plus, it took an hour to get here. I feel that I wasted nearly $40 on such a poor-quality dinner.

Worst Pizza, so gross not to mention they forgot the causes then put it on the driver's to bring it back.

Ordered light cheese for someone lactose intolerant and they added parmesan on top of regular cheese.

Called ahead to pick-up and there were no problems with the order. It was prepared early and customer service was pleasant.

We've gotten pizza several times at this location during the covid pandemic. Today was different due to the fact that 3 employees were not wearing masks. Several employees in the back and the girl taking the money at the counter. This shouldn't be allowed. Pinellas county has a mask mandate in effect. Safety should come first.

Coworkers arguing and shouting in front of my boyfriend and I as we’re ordering. Ordered the chicken bacon ranch pizza and it had way too much ranch on it.

I ordered a double pepperoni and double cheese large pizza with butter garlic crust. Had to peel cheese back couldn't taste any pepperoni counted 18 pepperoni on it hardly enough for 2-slices. I ORDERED "DOUBLE" PEPPERONI.put some pepperoni on the pizza.and pepperoni goes on top of the cheese. I was ripped off, paid for it didn't get it. 07/4/2020.

I ordered pizza it took 2 hours terrible service my daughter is 4 she was soo hungry. They said they called when the got here and they didn’t.

If you’re hungry and there’s nothing else open go ahead and order, it will fill the hole, but if you have a choice go with something else!

This place is the worst pizza I’ve ever had PERIOD! I rather go outside and eat dirt then ever order from them again. Pizza was not cooked all the way and tasted like I was eating the box it came in! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE TRUST ME! Even my kid threw it away kids love pizza!

There pizza is the best and it is so good. For a party I think this would be the best pizza is snacks

I find myself ordering from this location less and less. It seems that every time I order something is always missing, either a topping or an extra sauce cup (that I pay extra for). This most recent order has probably been the worst. It took almost an hour to receive my order, missing the mild pepper rings, undercooked, and cold. It's in the oven cooking through as I type this. This used to be my favorite pizza place, but the last 6 months or so has been terrible. I want my old Hungry Howies back.

Have ordered there for over a decade but to be called out after several times of the tomatoes being bad and manager says to mention it. Didn’t want anything free just made sure where fresh to be treated horribly never again

Absolutely terrible service! I called in for a problem with my pizza i jad delivered it was lacking in flavor and didnt taste right it honestly tasted like cardboard. Spoke to a worker who turned out to be the owner and wanted nothing to do with my issue hr didnt bother to listen or acknowledge that a paying customer had an issue with thier food. He claimed he made it himself therefore it was a perfect, like hes the pizza god something. Then continued to talk to me with a sarcastic voice on how he should have treated me. Beyond rude never had an issur with this store until today and will never return to the store again.

Best Hungry Howie in the area. The owner is from Michigan (where the company was founded) and works there almost every day. Pizzas are usually good but you'll get an occasional not-so-good one. They won't charge you for multiple flavors of seasoned crust, which most other HH's do. I'll be back.

I just ordered pizza on line. After waiting 1 hour, I called to see where my pizza was and was told that they did not receive the order. Funny, it took my credit card info. When I called the person did not seem to care if I got it or not. I cancelled and ordered at Domino's. I will check with my credit card company on Monday!

You get what you pay for, decent pizza for cheap prices. Well worth the 2 minute drive off the beach to avoid the tourist prices.
