Hungry Howie's Pizza and Subs, Hollywood FL

Every time I order well done, it's soggy on the bottom. I got a bbq chicken pizza, and they didn't even put any bbq on it - then told me I have to bring back the pizza and wait the 20 mins for them to make a new one. I can never get my pizza made properly here. Won't re order from this location anymore

Just like every comment that is bad regarding this store. The manager that states he has 2 college degrees in business management lol thinks it ok to blame the franchise for the mistake of not having having orders ready. You order online and pay for it you show up when you’re supposed to pick up your food and guess what your food is not ready. But the manager wants to blame the computer system regarding that obviously I’m not the only one that has had a computer system glitch regarding my food. And then on top of that charges the card refuses to give me a refund receipt and his name because I don’t need to know that information. This is somebody that has not one but two business degrees college graduate lol. The service at this store is horrible and obviously I’m not wrong when everybody else on these comments has the same negative response to the store the owner really should start looking into these comments. Instead of allowing some little 30-year-old with two business degrees that just wants to blame everybody else for the faults of his store because he can’t get it together and be responsible to provide the service that was paid for. When I had my conversation with the manager all he wanted to do was act like he was not to blame because the customer was so rude because the customer didn’t have her food ready when she got there mind you it was already paid for online. Mr. I have two college degrees should know how to handle customer service better and if you don’t know how to handle a rude customer maybe you shouldn’t be working at Hungry Howie’s Pizza you should probably go into a different profession. This establishment is horrible do not recommend going there unless you wanna waste your time and not walk out of there with your food and it being charged to your credit card And the manager not taking any responsibility whatsoever for the faults of what he just did. All he wanted to do was blame hungry Howies franchise name it’s their fault not his yeah OK buddy. Good luck!

I ordered 3 deep dish pizzas and it came out smaller then I intended. I told the lady in the front and she took it back right away and started making 3 more hand tossed like the normal. These people are amazing and I'm really sorry to the lady who had to redo my pizza making it 6, you really know how to make a pizza!

Came here enough to see that every time it takes them twice as long to make a pizza for pick up. I called 20 minutes ago and my pizza was just placed in the over.

After I ate their pizza with pepperoni I had diarrhea all day I'm sorry I had to put it like that

I visit this spot a lot since I work close by. I must say the service is always excellent and they keep the place neat at all times. Pricing is convenient and they serve generous portions.

First time trying this pizza store. I bought the wednesday special for $5.95 plus tax which is the large one. They used fresh ingredients and is not greasy like other pizzas I have tried before.

Ordered online. Pizza was 20 minutes later than advised, online tracker never updated. Arrived missing a sauced I paid for and pizza was apparently stored on its side (not seen u til after driver left) will never even waste my time trying again.

Run by a bunch of teenagers who take their time when preparing orders (in between their conversations)

Very unprofessional. I put my order on Sunday (Easter) around 7: 30pm and it went trough and I was waiting for 2 hours for my order, I decided to call since I didn’t receive my order, I called like 5 times and they never answered always with the machine, then it was already 10pm I decided to go to the website and it said that they were CLOSED. I called again and the machine said that they were closed, I check my bank account and they CANCELLED my order without calling me or saying anything, I had my son waiting for the pizza for almost 3 hours and they just decided to cancel without letting me know about and I was just waiting and waiting for something that I wasn’t going to get.very ANGRYYYY with the place

I placed an order at 8: 40pm money was taken out of the account. I stood on hold for 56 minutes and no one answered the call. The pizza never showed up and the closed at 10pm.

Always a great meal! Pizza subs you name it always consistent and great flavors. The garlic crust is a must add to any pizza. Fast friendly service and good prices make Howies a must for your family meal. Thanks again for another amazing experience.

The food is the only thing good about this place. The staff is horrible and lazy. The management doesn’t care. I ordered my Super Bowl pizza just to have them make half what I ordered and pre paid for. I was told it would be AN HOUR to fix the mistake. Never go here they have allot of locations that make this one show how bad it is. I wish negative ratings existed just for this abomination to the food chain.

Ordered online. Got there and my food was done. I was told it wasn't ready after I stood at the counter for 5 minutes. 3 other people came and got food and another employee came to the counter and asked my name and then gave me my food which was cold by then. Terrible service and no apologies or care.

THIS IS THE WORST PIZZA EXPERIENCE EVER! Messed up my order for carryout.explained the problem when I picked it u poll and what was missing.and they messed that up WHILE I WAS STANDING IN FRONT OF THEM! THEN GET MY PIZZA HOME and Realize the Pizza is WRONG.no crust flavor like asked for 2x.when I called to complain they hung up on me 2×.

THEN I CALL TO TALK AND TALK TO A MANAGER AND He is willing to replace the pizza. Then puts me on hold. Another manager comes on and offers me a 20% discount on my next order and then hangs up on me! HUNGRY HOWIES SHOULD BE ASHANED OF THIS FRANCHISE

DO NOT EAT HERE! Food is horrible, staff is incredibly rude, and the service in general is bad. Took 2 hours to deliver a pizza on Tuesday night. I got so sick after I thought I had food poisoning. Avoid at all costs.

Food is good. Service horrible the young girl that took my order and charged me gave the feeling she hates her job

The food isn't bad but be careful if you place a phone order. Sometimes the person answering sounds like they are asleep and may or may not be helpful and may or may not get the order right.

I love this restaurant and the food is great for the money, but the customer service could be better! VERY RUDE! To take your order and hang up on you and not even say thank you!

I really like this place. They have good food. Reasonably priced. The employees, at least at this location, are awesome. I absolutely love their subs. They are huge. You can get flavored bread for the subs as well. My favorite is their Turkey sub. They have one with ham and Turkey and one with just Turkey. There are other choices as well. Try them out. They have some specials throughout the week. Wednesdays the have the most specials. However for those on "Wacky Wednesdays" are carryout only. Try them out.
