Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs, Old Town FL

Until recently this place was a good place to eat. The reason I gave 2 stars is because the last 3 times I ordered from them my order was not correct or the food was not good. I let them know each time and they didn't even offer to correct what they messed up.

Great service from a cute little lady with the name Kamryn. She was sweet helpful and enjoying her job instead of rushing through our ordering process, which happens in some places.
I must add that out pizza (half Cajun crust and half buttery garlic crust) was amazing. Yummy. I would add more stars if possible

When you call in your order it goes to a call center. The people there where very polite. The people at the actual store were very nice the last two times I went. The first time the woman at the desk actually pointed out that I didn't initially get the discount price so I got two drinks to cover the difference. I really appreciated that.

Best pizza, subs and wings in Florida. Wings are a little pricey, but good. Wacky Wednesday prices for pizza, subs and salads don't include wings.too bad.

If i could give no stars i would. The staff there is exceptionally rude im floored at how i was spoken to. On sunday i ordered a large half bacon and roni and half bacon pineapple i went to pick it up and it was very burned so i had them remake it i never left the store with the food well my 2nd pizza was equally burnt on top and on the crust so i asked for a refund and that asked to have one more chance at making it right to which my son and i agreeded to so they remade the 3rd pizza which looked beautiful so we took it home to enjoy but upon getting it home it was very undercooked. So i put the whole pizza up in my fridge and called up there today to speeak with a manager and was told he wasnt there but that the person on the phone would help me so i explained to him my issue and was met with anger he told me i was trying to get over on them and had already gotten 3 pizza and i wasnt getting anything else much less a refund and i never even took but the last pizza and then he hung up in my ear i will not be back i also will not be letting this go i will be calling corporanted.this place is a disgrace to our small hometown and i wont he back.

Their pizza is so delicious. The staff is quick and friendly. I love going here when I didn't have time to make dinner. You ladies rock

I ordered wings and this is what I got! No sauce or anything on them. I’m very disappointed I paid 8$ for this.

Had one of the best Hungry Howies pizzas in a long time. They did my special request without complaint. Had a Howie special will all topping moved to one side except cheese, extra cheese and well done. Perfectly made.

Well 4 starters when I'd call to make an order me and my husband got hung up on 3 times till he threatened to call corporate what a coincidence the phone didn't hang up that time. Only reason I'm giving a 3 is because I know they are short staffed and this happened on a busy day. Well a few weeks later we ordered and they got the order wrong and the sub was so greasy no one would be able to eat is as if they just poured grease over the sub. Soggy Greasy mess. I hope they get it together.

New girl was having a hard time taking orders on phone. Cashier rudely kept saying someone get her off the phone on something else, that she was not staying there till 11 tonight because of her. Expressed to me, she did not know what her deal was that she did good yesterday. I said, people have bad days. I say people skills are a must in a public business. Girl should have been helped.

Usually get the Howie Special and loved it until we stopped at the one in Bronson. The pizza made at the Hungry Howie's in Bronson was a lot better, a lot more ingredients and didn't look so thrown together.
They either are in a hurry or the manager gas them ration the ingredients. Maybe both. We will support the one in Bronson when we go over there.

Was passing through traveling south stopped and had pizza at this place for the first time it was so good I had to stop and get one on my way North Des was fired up to make me a pizza for the second time she was happy to see a repeat customer and I was happy to come back
