I really love living here at hunters run apartments because the property is well maintained by the maintenance team and the front office always is there to lend you a helping hand through the process.

Hello I want to say Thank you to the office staff and maintenance worker Patrick for being so professional

Ridiculous company, I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone for over a month now. No one answers the phone and no one returns phone calls or emails. No one can be bothered apparently. I was promised the full return of my deposit if I decided against moving into the apartment. And of course now I can't get in touch with anyone.

Maintenance came to my house today promptly fix my shower, and you couldn't ask for a better maintenance person Patrick was absolutely terrific.

The staff are very disrespectful and bad for business. How they got the position to work in a leasing office is beyond me? Corporate should educate their employees on business etiquette and acquire a certification before hiring, pathetic!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

This place is nice and all but office hours are wacky and most staff are rude as hell. They just blocked my internet access with no warning right at office close time. They charge you whatever amount they want for your lease. Its just not acceptable especially for the rent I'm paying.

Would not recommend this place. The people who live here have no respect for there neighbors.

I am very impressed with the girls in the front office and the entire maintenance staff! I moved in last week, from the application to the end it was all done very professional! I called for maintenance for 2 things and they were here right away, no worries with this apartment complex, very nice grounds and the people here are all really nice! Great job

Please do not waste your time and money on this place. They get your application money but then, they will request whatever they want.
The real business here is to make a lot of people apply for the same apartment so everybody would pay the application fee and then they only approve one.

If I could give -negative 0 stars. I would. DO NOT EVEN STEP FOOT INSUDE THE OFFICE. Terrible staff and maintenance. Charging water sewer and water and for throwing away furniture 50 Dollars not kidding Office is never available and again maintenance never responds I put a request for my bath tub being clogged up 4 times going on 5. Waiting over 3 months for service.

The people that work in the leasing office is rude. The parking is poor. The tenants smoke drugs and have the outside and the inside of my apartment smelling like drugs this place not a good place to live I rather live in Detroit in a park

I went to visit my daughter and trash outside looks very nasty the building and side walks need to be pressure clean they have food and trash on steps and sidewalk I’m sure they will have rats soon this property looks like a hurricane hit them
