As I was preparing our new home for the storm season I was going crazy trying to find the proper materials that I needed. The big box stores were more interested in selling you the what you needed for AFTER the storm and only had the very basics and not all the RIGHT material to do a proper storm shutter install.
I went on line an found HSW. They had everything to do a proper install of hurricane protection. The website was easy to use with step by step instructions on how to measure. Their prices beat the big box stores and their shipping time was excellent (ever though we were in the middle of a storm warning.
I had to call once and they were very helpful. They explained what i was doing wrong on the website and walked me through the order.
Great people, great product. Even a first timer would be able to save hundreds by using HSW.

Ordered hurricane panel tracks for a door. Received them by ups the very next day. Great service, and the tracks for French doors worked great.

For me this was the best option to acquire steel panels. In the Tampa Bay Area I found my options were limited and locally what I did find was not really what I wanted. I was not willing to drive hours to pick up what I wanted.

The sweetest owner couple. She bent over backwards to help me get the right size for the glass portion on my salon door. Came in 4 days perfectly to my door undamaged. Shipping was reasonable. Once we install the track we will be protected and can put the metal panels in 5 minutes. Would have paid $1000 for this elsewhere. Now they're won't be anything additional for my elderly clients to trip on. Look no further for your hurricane protection.

I recently purchased my hurricane panel hardware and a couple tools from HSW. Very good prices, and excellent order handling. A phone call answered my questions. My online order was placed and email and texts of my order's progress was ample. Shipped and delivered in 2 days! Fantastic! Thank you!

I purchased just south of $ 8,000.00 in roll down shutters from these people. Prior to purchasing Matt was calling me, emails etc. Four of the shutters will not fully recoil because the curtain, is larger than the canister. After I left several voicemails and sent several emails with pictures all going unanswered I wrote a " disappointed " review on their website. Next day Matt emailed me and provided a possible remedy that did not work. Again I provided pictures of step by step of their proposed remedy right out of the package. He suggested another possible remedy that required he send additional parts and I agreed I would try it.
Again, after another several emails, voicemails, and even text. NO RESPONSE. I also noticed the unfavorable reviews do not seem to make it to their advertised reviews, witch are all great! At least my review somehow didn't make it.
Unfortunately, they have forced me in to having to go to the next level for satisfaction. Truly unfortunate because I like the product but no customer service to speak of once purchased and they realize they have a problem with design.
