Hyatt Place Orlando Airport

Hotel is nice but seriously, I have to pay for parking on top of my stay? How does that make sense?

Arrived to the hotel late and was provided amazing service as soon as I stepped in. Lya and Joey were a dynamic duo providing quality customer care on site and on the phone. Joey was just as nice as he was on the phone. As I walked up to my room, the facility smelled clean. And when I entered my room, it smelled clean. Room was nice and tidy. Showers were clean as well with toilet paper stocked. Beds were comfy. I woke up late cause those beds felt amazing after a 14 hour day. When I checked out, the manager was super nice and helpful. The staff is doing a great job up keeping the hotel and providing awesome customer service. Definitely would bring my family here to stay. Thank you Hyatt Orlando Airport crew.

We were going on a cruise out of Orlando and had to stay here for one night before the cruise and one night after.

The location is good - only about 5-7 mins away from the airport. There is a free hotel transfer from the airport and back (you do have to call them and let them know). The rooms are really big and can sleep up to 6 people in a two double room situation. The staff was so nice and quick and free breakfast was included.

Nice clean rooms with lots of space and amenities. Very comfortable beds and great breakfast. Easy shuttle service from the airport. Very nice staff.

Lya in the overnight shift was incredibly professional, helpful, and caring. She greeted us warmly upon arriving at 2AM and was able to get us checked in quickly all while explaining everything we needed to know who the Hyatt. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and I always love when a hotel has soap / shampoo / conditioner dispensers. I'd recommend this hotel.

Rooms are dated. Ours smelled like cigarette smoke even though this is a non smoking hotel. It was quiet and the beds were pretty comfortable. Check in was very efficient and so was the shuttle service. They offered hot breakfast in the morning as well.

The facility is definitely on the older side. But overall clean, and good water pressure for shower.

The front desk and overall staffs who work there are attentive, friendly, accommodating, and amazing. Thank you for your hardwork and putting on a smile even though at times they were swamped with guests!

And they provide iced cold lemon, lime, cucumber water!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! For some strange reason they lied about finding cigarettes in our room and charged a $250 USD fine. We have NEVER smoked in our lives. We were traveling as a family with our little baby, we have +20 reasons to never smoke, so this is beyond insulting. Plus it would be TOO IGNORANT of anyone to leave cigarettes in a hotel room, come on! This was too low of you, Hyatt!

This hotel charges an extortion-level parking rate of $15 per night, which I’ve never experienced at a Hyatt Place. The front desk claims it’s to prevent airport travelers from parking in the lot, but this could easily be done with license plate registration with the hotel. It’s purely a money grab. Other hotels in the area do not charge for parking.

Great hotel! Rooms were cleaned daily, and the bed was made. The breakfast was delicious and had alternative milk options. The pool was clean, and we had a blast. The hotel is close to the airport, which was convenient, especially since we had an early morning flight. Use the QR code for parking. Honestly, we enjoyed our stay.

Most disgusting place I’ve EVER stayed at in my life. This hotel was beyond disgusting. Very outdated, everything smells musty, mildew, and old house smell. The elevators smelled like old cigarettes. Now the room, WOW! See the pictures and video for yourself. Carpets stained, found hair on my bed, didn’t even take a shower because it was disgusting. Thank God I only stayed one night because it’s all I could’ve endured. Only reason I didn’t check out was because I was in on business, if not for that, trust me I would’ve left. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY HERE! You’ll thank me later!

Very impressive rooms! Unimpressive surroundings but helpful and decent for business. Hot breakfast is included and it is better than average (see photos). Fitness room is well equipped and very private. Pool and flexible meeting rooms are available, all about five to ten minutes away from Orlando’s international airport on a private ADA shuttle bus service available at no extra charge. A solid team-effort to provide a top-notch experience!

Nice, clean hotel near the airport. We had a king room that had a desk and a little seating area with a pull out sofa bed and a wet bar area. Offers an airport shuttle that starts at 4am and I think ends around 10 or so. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming.

I didn’t receive the room that I paid for. I also paid in advance when. I got there late at night they charged me again

The staff is absolutely AMAZING! They are polite and welcoming and accommodating. Plenty of towels, but could use a brighter light in bathroom and more light in hallway.

Location is great if you want to be close to the airport, other than that I wouldn’t stay here again. My back is killing me after a week of sleeping on what felt like a rock. I said something about the bed 1/2 way through my stay and they moved me one room over. Carpet had stains, needed some updating. Staff was friendly but trust me find a more comfortable bed.

Such a great stay! Sanela was our room attendant and went the EXTRA mile making my kids happy (bears sitting upright on the bed) also making me feel so comfortable and at ease knowing my room had her magic touch. Also the management staff was so delightful and accommodating (especially the assistant GM) Thank you so much again! I definitely recommend this hotel 10 out of 10

I came with my family the weekend of March 24th for a weekend getaway for my daughter’s birthday. The hotel was wonderful however, what made the experience more pleasant was the counter woman at the front desk. I believe her name was Lya. We came in around 1 am and she was super helpful from start to finish. She helped me us out with the transportation and any other thing I needed she was on top of it 100 percent. Very grateful for her help. You guys have a terrific employee! Thanks Lya for making our experience that much better.
