Hyatt Place Sarasota/Bradenton Airport

. The Hyatt Place Sarasota was home for two weeks in December 2022. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was delicious every day. We were sad to say good bye to our new friends but we had to go home. Red Cross Volunteers

The hotel was well designed and very functional. Great for any business traveler. Unfortunately, the room had a large wet spot in front of the TV when I checked in and the water smelled funny in the shower. The free breakfast was decent having both hot and cold options. Staff was amazing and acknowledged all my concerns.

Booked last minute bc I had to move my youngest to Ringling. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Wish I’d gotten the pm front desk guy’s name! He was quite a character. Great sense of humor, and was super helpful and nice. We checked in late that eve and our Room didn’t have a coffee pot so he personally rounded one up! Breakfast was tasty and fresh. Will definitely stay here again!

It was great. Only reasons I gave 4 stars was because they ran out of certain breakfast items as they were waiting on deliveries and pool is kinda small. I did see a couple employees not seeming to be to friendly but most were very helpful and kind. Was definitely worth it for the price

In general, a nice hotel, spacious rooms, generally friendly staff. Two out of three times clean room.

They knocked on our door before 9 one day for housekeeping, we weren’t ready. So when we did leave the room, we notified the front desk to clean our room. Housekeeping was still on the floor.

Of course, room was never cleaned, by the time we were back it was “too late”. Of course, person answering the phone “apologized”……big deal, right. You pay full price whether services rendered or not lol!

Manager never got back to us, as of the time I’m posting this.

We had a bad experience today we want to change the room because it's smell very bad and my son allergic he didn't sleep all the night and we have a baby but unfortunately reception clerk today was so rude he said we can't change the room for you and my husband tell him if you don't want to change the room for us we will leave, he said you can leave, the worst thing when we asked for the manager he said I'm the manager.

This is absolutely the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. I always wipe down everything with Lysol wipes at all hotels. When I wiped down here, I did not get one speck of dirt on the wipes! Zero! I tried to find something, but found nothing! Spotless!

The breakfast was adorned with multiple options. The staff was pleasant. The location is great!

I visited on July 29,2022. I read all the reviews and that plus word of mouth led me to this hotel, It was everything and then sum. The rooms were spacious the breakfast was AWESOME, and the property is very well maintained, yes the bed and pillows are soft but that made for a better nights rest. The location was only 15 to 20 mins away from EVERYTHING we wanted to explore. Don't second guess your choice about this location, I promise you will not be disappointed, and even if something is not to your liken, they have a really great staff that would love to make your STAY the best EVER.

These rooms were very clean and well kept. Convenient location to the Sarasota Bradenton airport and the building is in good shape with no noticeable defects. The staff was friendly and helpful in all requests that I made.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Location is right next to the airport and college.
Rooms were roomy, nice and clean. The bed was actually super comfortable. We enjoyed the pool as well, although they could do with some shade out there. Slept in an missed breakfast so I can't comment on that, although I do find free Breakfast to be a huge perk.

Clean hotel. Breakfast was good but I would prefer a little more variety. We stayed 3 nights and got sausage on Friday, ham of Saturday, and bacon on Sunday.

The guy at the front desk looks like he rolled out of bed and his attitude is the same. Walked into a room where the couch was torn up and half the light bulbs were burned out. Went down to notify them and request a new room and the unkept worker asked why we wanted another room. I thought it was pretty clear. Guess not. Sad thing is, this is our third stay here and you would think they would want people who come here often to continue coming, Guess not!

Great hospitality and clean rooms. Water pressure was phenomenal. No microwave in room but had fridge. Coincidentally only had to microwave something once and the microwave downstairs was convenient enough. Good looking pool and jacuzzi but still haven't used it in 4 separate stays.

Dirt does not live here! This place is clean, clean! The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The beds are great! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Literally straight across from the airport exit. You could walk to it in less than 10 minutes once you leave the airport with your bags.

It was horrible! Our flight was delayed, I called the Hyatt property, and asked if it’s fine that we will be 12 hours late, they said ye it’s fine you have up to 24 hours, well guess what? When we arrived they said it was canceled do to “no show”
And the reception lady said who ever told you it’s fine to arrive late didn’t know what they are talking about. So just bunch of liars working there… we needed up with no place to stay, it was pretty horrible
