Unplanned stop on a long road trip. Arrived in the middle of the night, was treated like an old friend, and awoke to stunning views. Highly recommend.

This is a nice hotel; several restaurants in the building and around. Closest you'll be able to stay to the stadium, but it's still a mile walk. Housekeeping did not replace empty toiletries nor did they leave any new washcloths. The biggest issue is that the fire alarm went off at 12: 30 am. It seemed that it was only on a few floors, because after the entire hall went down 17 flights of stairs, there was no emergency to be found! Just the afterparty of the Ravens/Jaguars game in the lobby. Staff was completely unconcerned and unresponsive that a significant number of people were questioning what was going on. Absolutely ridiculous, especially with no explanation in the middle of the night.

Comfy room and the annual fireworks were great!
Most convenient for our following day River Cruise departure. And keeping our car in the parking garage for the cruise.
Our second year of the same weekend, and very happy with Hyatt hospitality!

The Best hotel on the Riverfront to stay especially during the Christmas holidays and cruising. We booked the fabulous hotel for our stay 2 days ahead of our cruise and it was the best choice EVER! Beautiful hotel amazing Christmas tree in the lobby, room view was stunning, and ANNA at the front desk is soooo nice and welcoming along with the other staff. 5 stars!

Everything was pleasant with the exception of being bothered by one vagrant who would constantly be asking for money when you stepped outside to smoke, although the valet was present he made no attempts to discourage or stop vagrant from bothering guests.

Honestly the only thing this hotel has going for it is the location - and only if you are there for an event. The lobby is nice but as a guest save your money and go elsewhere. We are local but wanted a nice night away for my husband's birthday. It was either this or the Doubletree across the river. I should have saved my money and stayed there.

We arrived and valet seemed totally confused on what to do. We visited the Tavern for drinks, which were awful. Either the bartender was horrible or they just use mixes for everything. For $18 a pop I wasn't wasting it. We got to our room and got this amazing view of the gravel roof. If people are coming to your hotel on the river wouldn't you try to place them with some sort of nice view? Based on other review this seems to be standard putting guests on that side. Try to avoid rooms in the low 400 range. Why do these rooms even exist? There is no bedspread. It's a sheet with a duvet that has no filling, covered by another sheet. Upon closer inspection it looked super stained. Next morning we went down to the market to get coffee and barista had forgotten our order. We thought it was just a long wait but she noticed us sitting there waiting and asked us what our order was.

Such a let down! Not worth the money.

Oddly, there was nowhere to hang up clothing. Not a closet, clothing rack, or even a hook on the wall.

Super friendly staff
Room was ok. The carpet in my room was a little dirty. Feather pillows are great if you like that. My only real problem was the mattress. It was too stiff for my comfort. It felt as if the bed were crowned. Seems like a good location. I get not every room can have a good view. I give honest reviews and for me that bed was the worst.

Rooms were a bit dated, sink wouldn’t drain when shower was on. Pillow shortage apparently and beds didn’t have fitted sheets so when you untucked the bed to get in, all the sheets came with it lol. Valet was $50, self park $30. Valet had 3 people working but all were at the podium, none offered to get a cart for our luggage. Checkout was a pain, had to wait for valet guy to show up with our keys so we couldn’t load the car until he got there. Restaurant overpriced. 2 drinks, 2 apps, bill was $120. Guest shop, 2 drinks, 2 ice creams for the kids, $80.

I would recommend finding other accommodations if you stay in Jax. We will for sure.

We were here for the Jax lighted boat parade and had a fantastic time. Here's what makes the Hyatt Regency Riverfront great-it's the team of people who work there! Everyone from check-in, room service, hospitality, and the valet are happy, pleasant and welcoming! Hat's off to you all, thank you for a wonderful stay!

The hotel is very nice but there isn't much to see or do in the area right by the hotel.

This place was amazing, the service was alright but everything else was exceptional I would recommend this to anyone else who was looking for a hotel around there

The Hyatt Riverfront is an excellent Hotel on the Saint Johns River, nice view, which is a nice walking area, for a few hundred yards. It is 1.1 mile walk from EverBank Stadium, where the Jaguars play. Three restaurants are in the hotel, great food. Nice rooftop pool and fitness center. One block from the hotel is a block of bars, restaurants and a concert venue. More restaurants are needed, but the city is slowly inproving.

Had a very disgusting experience with my room. The comforter was stained like nothing I’ve seen before, brought me a new “clean” one and it looked the exact same.

Super disappointing—not a luxury hotel really. Bed was hard as rock. Feather pillows, allergic reaction. Minimalist room—weird little shelves where there should be a set of drawers. No microwave! Soap dispensers in shower were empty. Strange slamming noise outside building woke us through the night.

Location is convenient to Florida theatre and FSCJ arts center as well as numerous restaurants.
