Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport

Excellent location. Awesome service. Clean, spacious and very nice and comfortable rooms, I rated it lower because there's a lot of old carpet throughout.

This is our first experience staying at a Hyatt, and it will be our last. We’ve been waiting for over 3 hours now with a 2,3, and 5 year old, and we still have not been given a room. The front desk staff hasn’t even been able to tell us an estimate of how much longer we’re going to wait. Not only is my own family completely disappointed with Hyatt, as a travel agent, I will never recommend a Hyatt hotel to my clients after this awful experience.

Amazing! We had an early morning flight and didn’t want to deal with parking and traffic at 3am. So we booked to stay here for the first time. We checked in on a Saturday evening, the bellman brought all our luggage to the room for us and arranged to come pick it back up for our flight at 5: 15am the next morning. The room was great, clean, and comfy. The morning of our flight the bellman showed up at our door on time, loaded our luggage and walked with us ALL the way to the southwest ticket counter and waited for us to get all checked in. We felt like we got special treatment, I was so impressed. We will absolutely be back. Thank you guys!

I had a long day and trip from Europe to the US. I came into this hotel and was just within walking distance. I asked for a room if any were available. However, he said, "We don't have it, " and referred me to the other hotels. I called the other Hyatt and did not have it available. Although, she found an open room, and she said, "It is in the airport. " I told her, "Really! Because I am here right now, and he told me, "No room available. " I kept telling her about it. Anyway, I booked the room, left the premises, and grabbed something to eat. Then, I came back.

Unable to give a legit review, with what they charge to hang out in one of they're rooms for the night, an average joe as myself will never know what they got so incredibly luxurious that justifies the cost other than the super convenient location for those traveling and have extended waiting time for the flight outta there. Thats why i thought it was fair to give 3 stars cause thats a pretty big 1-up on any other competing hotel in the area. Lol good for you hyatt,
Undoubtedly the champ of the location category

There is no other airport that has a 4 star or what I would feel should be rated 4 star hotel located inside of the airports premises. I mean being able to see the patrons come and go arrive in the park. The whole concept is one of a kind. The service may be a little lazy, but for the most part it's the setting. I think that kind of keeps people from being motivated to the fullest. As far as the amenities and accommodations, I'd have to say that they're better than average, especially since your gridlocked inside of a modern day fortress. Though it's a regency, it's definitely not the regency on the international drive or the regency that's located at Disney, but it is a regency and you have to give it that much. The rooms are not as big as I'd imagine and definitely not in comparison to the regency at locations mentioned above, but it'll do since it is billing on the side of an international airport, one of the most visited in North America at that.

We were on a business trip and found the location to be very convenient, right at the airport. The rooms are very comfortable, and the staff was pleasant. The only issue I had, was our meeting didn't end until 3: 00pm, so we inquired about late checkout. Believe it out not, they wanted to charge $25/hr past 11: 00a.m!

This is a great hidden gem inside OIA. You probably walk under it every time you travel from OIA. The rooms are elegant and service is great. If you have an early morning flight I suggest you stay here and save yourself the running around in the morning. Had room service twice and it was excellent.

Can't beat the location, that's why we chose to stay here since we had a 7am flight. However, the prices online were $252/night, but when you actually go to book they jumped to nearly $400. A little disingenuous but hey, it was late and I was tired so fine. Well we get to the 10th floor and our room and can't use the balcony. OK fine maybe it's a safety issue. Well you can hear every conversation from the floor 10 stories down.so even though all your hotel windows are closed there's plenty of noise that leaks in, especially if your room overlooks the airport terminal area. Just not worth the price we paid

We've stayed here our last 4 visits to Orlando and will continue to stay here as it's easy, people are excellent, food is very good and it's super convenient for flying in/out of. Nice pool, not too deep for the kiddos.

In the middle of the airport and therefore within walking distance to the terminals!

Our flight was canceled around noon and the airline said the next flight we can re-book is 10: 30pm. I immediately booked an 8am flight next day and we spent one night at the airport hotel. The fact it is in the terminal made it so convenient. We were able to get food from the food court. In the morning, we got up, came down in the elevator with our luggage and the security checkpoint is right there. Though the price is much higher than the off site hotels, it’s well worth it. The room is a bit old but it doesn’t matter to us.

Needed somewhere to chill out with the family and grandsons, they loved the balcony overlooking the active ramp and runways

We like to stay here before early morning flights. It's great to wake up and just walk to your gate! The runway views are a highlight for me. Restaurant and lounge area are very nice as well.

Great place to stay a night before a flight to avoid I-4 traffic. Great views towards the runway particularly for kids. Decent food at the terminal.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful. It is connected to the airport when you land in Orlando, Florida. They have restaurants and a food court with souvenir shops. When I come back, I'll be staying at the Hyatt Orlando Int'l Airport.

Obviously, this is a very convenient location if you have a flight early the next day. It is a pretty clean place as well.

My low rating is due to the fact that early in the morning, someone came into our room without knocking. Luckily, we had our deadbolt up, so they couldn't get in. My husband quickly got up to look outside the door, but there was no room service cart or staff around.

We didn't tell them that we were checking out early.

Talked to the front desk but they have no idea how it happened.

The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location and updated decor. VERY loud for guests staying in rooms - People in the airport and on "quiet floor" in the hallways kept us up all night. Also VERY pricey.
