Victor & DK took great care of me! They cleaned my microfiber L shaped sectional that has been abused by dogs and toddlers. They were in an out in an hour, easy to talk to and completely understanding. Great prices. Wish I had a before pic because it was gnarly.

When I had a hose burst they were fast, knowledgeable, and helped tremendously. I’m sure their services protecting me from additional losses that could’ve happened from this water event it

They ruined my all wool area rug by using water on it and said it was my fault because I told them it was a synthetic rug but of course I did not. The tech that came out flipped it over and saw that it was 100% wool but continued with the cleaning anyway. They came out a second time with a different tech and tried to remove the yellow stains but again made it even worse than before.

Tech was friendly and accommodating to us and our pets. Carpet, sofa, and tile all cleaned up extremely nicely. I love that they left us a bottle of cleaning water to help keep our home clean after their service. I don't think I've ever seen my floors this clean. Thanks, HydraKlean/ZeroRez; you just gained a repeat customer!

HYDRAKLEAN was recommended to me by a former employee and they were fantastic to work with. They were able to schedule us quickly and arrived on time (and kept us up to date via text). The cleaner was professional and listened to the details we provided. He worked hard on a few specific stains that had set while our furnishings were in storage — and did a wonderful job removing them. He has detailed and efficient. Their office staff, Amy, is also very helpful. I would hire HYDRAKLEAN next time we need service.
