At first did a decent job but his diligence laxed month by month. Then this week we asked why he wasn't brushing well. In response he says he thinks he's done doing our pool because he wasn't enjoying it. Would not suggest.

The owner of the company, Russell, only managed to get our pool clean for a few weeks before each service he started leaving our pool with unbalanced chemicals, never enough chlorine, and failed nearly service to brush the pool. When I asked about the poor quality of the service, Russell stated that he had "really not been enjoying servicing your pool" as his reason for taking his payment but not making an attempt at proper cleaning each week. He blamed me for the algae forming due to improper cleaning and chemical balancing. I would not recommend HydroClear pool service if you want to have a clean pool and get what you pay for. Because of the lack of treatment, y children have had repeated bacterial ear infections/swimmer's ear.

The test strip was 6 hours after service was done. No chlorine is in the pool at all.

The photos below are from an hour after our pool was serviced.

Owner keeps insisting that our pool leaks and we add water. Our pool had a leak in plumbing after replacing the pool deck. It was identified immediately and has been fixed for months. Rainfall does increase the levels, because of course. We have security cameras at our pool, and can see that adequate chlorine has not been added. Whether a cost saving measure due to increase in chlorine costs, or simple neglect, showing zero chlorine on a test strip the day of or day after cleaning means it's not getting added at all.

Amazing and very professional, helped in a tight spot and pool went from dark green, swamp-like, infested with tadpoles, to sparkling blue!
