Do not take this machine on credit.after you take out the financing and if you would like to pay the capital or the total debt in advance it is not possible, what they allow you is to pay on the next payment date.that is, acquire the machine for $2,400 and with the financing they raised it to $4,000 and some pesos. Now I want to get out of debt. And I'm realizing this detail! Fatal, not at all happy with this investment.the price and cost of the machine is very high.

Simone Almeida just finished cleaning my handmade area rug. It is very delicate and requires special treatment to clean. Simone was very effective and efficient. She came disinfected the carpet first and then clean and washed it. She moved all the furniture back. She was amazing I whole heartedly recommend her to clean my carpets and other pieces of furniture in my condo.
I am saving her number and calling her back every time I need her.

Bad costumer service. Ridiculous price for a vacuum system. They falsely advertise as a pro health item. Stay away from this overpriced company

This company has the worst costumer service there is and they don't follow contract rules, they steal your money.

Terrible customer service. Low quality product does not match ridiculously high ticket price. This company will take your money and does not care about your satisfaction with the product. They refuse to reimburse for the product even when return policy guidelines are clearly followed. Stay away from this company and do not give them your business. Go elsewhere!

This company is beyond unprofessional. Don't be fooled by the reviews on here as most of them are from their sellers. Including Jean Guimaraes as well was Wadson Fernandes. If I could give 0 starts I would. I canceled and returned the item within the contract terms and they refuse to give me a refund. They are a bunch of liars and scammers. As well as an OVERPRICED SIMPLE VACUUM. Be careful doing business with these people.

They go to a local church and get your information for a "prize" but its nothing but a sales pitch of a well overpriced 4k vacuum system.

Would give zero stars if could. This company refuses to adhere to the terms of their own contract. They stole 1000 dollars from me in a contract they failed to uphold. If you work hard for your money and value your time, do not take your business here.

Had a very satisfactory experience with the technician and also with the product. Had my rugs washed and was very happy with the results and the technician, Simone Almeida, knowledge. Highly recommend.
