Only had this vehicle for 5 days. So far positive experience. Jade (sales rep) was great to work with.

We searched through several Hyundai dealerships online, many other dealerships were located closer to us but Hyundai of Central Florida Sales Consultant Paul Leggett did an outstanding job in helping us by email/phone/text choose our new 2024 Santa Cruz Limited. Paul answered every question that we had about the Santa Cruz, helped us to compare the Limited trim to all the other Santa Cruz trims. We drove down to their dealership arriving at 11am, met with Paul, made our test drive, applied for no pressure financing, traded in our car and drove out of there at 3pm. It was a very good experience and we felt very good about our entire experience. Barry was amazing! First person to greet us after walking thru the showroom & had made our way to the parking lot. Barry put in the footwork to find us the right car in the rainy cold weather. Once we figured out which car got us the price we wanted!

I wrote this review 6 months ago! It was 5 stars but not anymore. Hyundai Clermont is the worst dealer in Town! My daughter’s first wonderful purchase turned into a nightmare. The car broke just 6 months later! Not her fault. The dealer lied saying the car was certified as a good car when the car had corrosion (car came from Utah) and they don’t want to take any responsibility. The service employee Craig Chase blamed my daughter saying she crashed the car and she was lying to me. The car wasn’t crashed. He told me to talk to the person who sold me the car and I talked to Jade but he told me that corrosion is not in the warranty. Of course he didn’t say that at the time of the purchase even when I asked him. At the time of the purchase he said it was a certified car without corrosión! I tried to talk to the service manager Cesar and he is the worst trying to scam me too! Basically he said I pay them $5944.79 or take the car somewhere else! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! I realize now that everybody there is not helpful once they have scammed you and have your money! ORIGINAL REVIEW - Hyundai Clermont the best dealer in Town! If you come to buy a car ask for Jade! He is the best there and his patience cost gold! Everybody here is so helpful! Thank you Jade! Thank you Ronald and the rest of the team for making my daughter fiirst buy so amazing and comfortable!

I can not imagine buying or servicing a vehicle with any other people than these guys/gals at Hyundai. Their service team takes it to a whole other level - Joseph Strutters - you are so humble, patient, and hard working… Karine thank you for being helpful & such a friendly person. Jonah thank you for being so caring. Craig you never had to keep your ear available but you did! And even when I was not at my best. Barry & Jill knew you guys would be their back up after we purchased my 3rd Santa Fe. Truly feels like a family support when I bring my baby in for routine service.

My new car buying experience at Central Florida Hyundai was the best I've had in many years. No need to haggle over price; the price on the window is the price I paid, and it was reasonable when compared to other sales in the area. No add-ons or surprise fees. Interaction with the sales people was low key and friendly.

Just accompanied my daughter in her first car purchase. David Gonzalez was excellent. Exactly the experience I wanted for my daughter. He took time to explain things to her and provided great guidance like a father would with his own daughter.

My husband and I recently purchased a CPO Hyundai Palisade from this dealership and it was the best experience! This was our first car buying experience and we were nervous and intimated going in. We were warmly greeted when we walked in by Mason, our sales person, and after talking with us about our needs he showed us what ended up being the perfect car for our family. Mason was so kind and knowledgeable and made the entire experience a pleasant one! Pricing and financing was super straightforward with no added fees which we really appreciated after seeing some of the fees that other dealerships add on. Best car buying experience with Jill Burks. My husband bought his Santa Cruz with Jill six months ago and had a great experience this is why we returned to Central Florida Hyundai and asked for Jill to help with my purchase of the Santa Fe. Everyone was patient, helpful and clearly wanted to make our experience a good one. Jill in sales is super and Anthony in the business office was very patient and answered all of our questions regarding the paper work.
