Lacking basic customer service, walk in to pickup, employees act like they don't see u, no acknowledgment or "hello, I'll be right with you. "

Love the young ladies at I Heart Mac & Cheese. They are always so helpful.

I have a weakness for the mini cookies every time I visit. They are so soft and chewy.

Today, I ordered the Buffalo Blue Mac & Cheese. It is creamy with a kick of Buffalo spice, and a small burst of blue cheese crumbles in every bite. I was shocked by the combo, but it tasted really good.

I will be back!

I was so excited to try this place as I absolutely love this place. I ordered mac and cheese with broccoli and vegan sausage. The meat tasted like meat to me and the meal made me so sick, I could not finish my food and unfortunately wasted the food and money. If you are vegetarian, I would suggest just getting mac and cheese and no meat alternatives.

I don’t understand how this spot was even given 4 stars. It had absolutely no flavor. I should have asked for my money back

Chicken and short rib horrible quality taste like something out the freezer. Expensive with poor taste.

The food was delicious, extremely friendly and helpful workers also very clean establishment. Will definitely come back and try some more items on the menu.

The build your own mac bowl is so good and the girl that took my order was so nice, will definitely come back!

The worker is so nice and the food was quick and not stale at all. They have a lot of unique toppings to put on your Mac and cheese.

The employees were so kind and helped us when we didn’t understand the menu, the food was so good and had lots of options, it was super cheap for just one bowl, and the food came out quick. WOULD EAT AGAIN

Horrendous. Decent concept but execution is seriously lacking. I am sure Guantanamo Bay serves better mac & cheese. Processed, fake, plastic cheese on overcooked limp pasta then charging stupid money for it? Save ur stomachs and your wallets or if u want comfort mac & cheese, Kraft all the way.

As per the friendly response from what I can only assume is the manager. Next time I visit family in Florida (yes I live in Australia - it's called international travel! - crazy concept apparently!) I will be sure to bypass this mediocre at best establishment & ensure my extended family does to.

I ordered the lobster, Mac & cheese. They gave me imitation crab instead of lobster. Not a fan. This place is cool for kids not grown-ups. The customer service though was outstandingly good, the owner called to rectify my issue. I greatly appreciated him taking the time to call me.

The vegan Mac and cheese was good. The create your own is a bit pricey. But it's nice to find vegan options.

Just had my first bowl at I heart mac and cheese and WOW! The food was amazing! The place is incredibly clean, nicely decorated and the staff was super friendly and helpful in guiding me how to order. Will DEFINATELY be back!

Excellent customer service. I was greeted instantly once I walked through the door. The staff also suggested a few things since I had never been there before. Food was hot and cooked throughly. Overall restaurant was clean and neat. You can tell the staff and ownership take pride in this restaurant. Highly recommend getting your Mac and cheese with the breadcrumbs for that extra crunch! Will definitely be back!
