18Great on the beach motel, very clean, super comfy beds and nice, big, thick fluffy towels. Right on the beach for beautiful walks and great views! Very friendly.
My sheets were dirty, my towels stiff as cardboard. The water pressure was terrible, so much so my toilet didn't flush properly. For the price to be on the beach it's ok but this place needs better maintenance.
Only negative is the cigarette smoking of the people staying there hanging outside of their room this is frustrating for people with asthma.
Impressed enough we'll be staying there in November. Great view of beach, pool is decent size. Might even play some shuffle board while there. Manager was very nice and knowledgeable about the area things to see restaurants ect.
I would suggest before booking a room at this property that you go and take a look at your room. Management was very nice. Close to everything. Watch for additional charges. Take pictures of everything before leaving your room especially if office is closed. Creepy crawlers just heads up…
This a cute older hotel that has had some nice renovations. The rooms are cute, comfy, and clean. The beach is steps away. The staff, especially Doug, were incredibly helpful. We will definitely stay again.
My Air Force veterans and I had an incredible time at I Beach. The location is perfect, very clean and the staff was very accommodating. This was, all 15 of us, our 1st time there for our veteran reunion and it didn't disappoint. It's rated as a two star hotel but the staff treated us better than a five star hotel. We'll be back again.
This was a nice, quiet, brief getaway at what we consider to be a classic, old-Florida hotel. It's clean with great views and kind staff. Our room was large and well-equipped, yet that equipment was the biggest negative for us- the furniture was quite uncomfortable. The bed was hideously soft and bowl shaped, and the couch and recliner were on their very last legs. While we don't go to the beach to stay in the room, sleeping was problematic, especially for people with lumbar issues. If we knew all the beds had been updated, we'd stay there again. If not, hard pass, which is a bummer because of its excellent location and nostalgic vibes.
We had a great time on our Anniversary Vacation. The staff was absolutely amazing. Sarah went out of her way to makes things perfect for us. Clean room, clean pool area, very friendly people. Great location, beach was right there! Will stay here again!
This hotel is quite old and has issues with keeping rooms cool, water pressure and hot water. The staff though are very accommodating and friendly. It is situated right on the boardwalk and walkable to grocery, bars and resturants.
The hotel is already a bit old, but has been maintained with love and effort as much as possible. Given the price, you wouldn't expect anything different. The hotel is located right on the promenade, really nice. The kitchen utensils are almost no longer usable as they are clearly getting old. The staff is also friendly and very helpful. However, on the third day we had to experience that a group of older women in their 50s got drunk until around 11 p.m, behaved inappropriately, listened to loud music with loud speakers and shouted. Unfortunately there was no sign of the hotel staff! That was a real shame!
Location is great. Rooms not bad for the price we paid. If you pay little extra you get second floor room which has great view of ocean.
First time visiting here and will not be the last. Its an older hotel but well kept. The room was spotless. Great location with nothing but sand (lots of it!) between you and the water. We're Seniors and it was an easy walk to restaurants, shops and watering holes. Price was very reasonable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We'll be back!
The room is a bit outdated, but it is clean and working AC. Location is on the beach, but a long walk to the water. The pool is a saltwater pool. There is a Publix, Walgreen, and other amenities close by. Nice service, ladies very nice.
Awesome service would definitely recommend- special shout-out to Sky went above and beyond
This isn't a fancy place but it was absolutely perfect for us! Great price for being right on the beach. It's right on the boardwalk & close to several restaurants. There's a Publix grocery store right across the street. There is a trolley bus stop right outside the hotel that is only $2.25 for a ride (we went down to John's Pass). Literally every single employee was so kind & helpful (shoutout to Sarah, she was so sweet). They have a pool, free coffee, cards/board games, shuffleboard, beach chairs you can borrow. It's about a 35 min Uber to the PIE airport. We had a late flight flying out & after checkout they let us keep our luggage locked up in the office so we could walk around without hauling it. The beds were really comfy. Hidden gem for sure!
Our stay was great! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and provided exactly what we needed. Location is perfect. You’re right on the beach with Publix and restaurants/bars & grills within walking distance.
The rooms were clean staff was a blessing all of them best coffee in the morning and plenty of towels beach towels also available had a great time
