Bad customer service didn’t even ask me how I wanted my eyebrows and let me with a lot of unwanted long hair hanging (for $24). I had to go to another place to fix them and paid less than here

I recently visited as a new customer, and Gabby was great. Explained everything she was doing, and communicated in a way that made me fell very comfortable. They have great customer service, and are understanding - even when things don't go as planned.

They give you excellent service. Gabby is great I’ve been going to her since I moved here to Florida

Shaz is the best eyebrow waxer in Orlando. With very thick eyebrows I only trust few people with them. I’ve been a returning client for more than 2 years and never leave disappointed. Best of the best.
